If you’re craving a cheesesteak, stop by Angelo’s Subs! Their plain cheesesteak is juicy, flavorful, and totally hit the spot. I ordered online for pickup, and my food was hot and fresh when I arrived — and it stayed that way until the very last bite! The location is rather unassuming, nestled next to a grocery chain, but what a hidden gem!

My first time visiting Angelo’s and I wasn’t disappointed. I was born and raised on the east coast and they’ve nailed the cheesesteak sub perfectly! So delicious I squealed at my first bite! I think I won’t be buying subs anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic!

I’ve been looking for a place like this for years. Quality is on par every time, best cheesesteak I’ve had in Boulder and Denver. Workers are solid. I’ve for sure gained weight after discovering this place haha

They will not sell the smaller version of their meatball sub (kid’s meatball) to anyone unless you’re an actual kid. Went here for over a year ordering the same thing and suddenly it’s an issue, don’t come in here asking for smaller items or they will ask you to leave. Head West Subs on Broadway near Arapahoe sells a small meatball sub to anybody for $5.99 that honestly is so much better, they have much friendlier service, and more options to customize with. You could also go to Snarf’s and get a small meatball sub for about $7 or $8. I would highly recommend going to either of these places over Angelo’s. These guys are weird here, the adults who work here will have their kids turn you away for them and not give you any reason for it. So to say these guys are weird is an understatement. Never interested in coming back here. It’s not that great and they’re not that special.

Great service. Sandwiches are tasteful and plenty. I tried the chicken parm and it had flavor and texture. Would really giving this place a try for a good sandwich.

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. We had the mushroom steak and cheese and the meatball parmesan subs, large. They were $13.00 each. They were great, meaty and delicious. We ordered the same exact thing today and both were terrible. My sub had 4 measly meatballs in it. There was a lot of empty space in the sub. The meatballs were mealy and tasteless, the sauce was watery so the bread collapsed and was soggy. The roll was tasteless. At least I got a lot of cheese. I didn’t eat the sub. Too gross. My husband’s cheesesteak had half the meat, mushrooms and cheese as the last time. He didn’t bother finishing his either. Never going back.

Mushroom Cheese Steak, was very good. Food has been consistent the few handful of times I’ve been here. Fries are pretty good as well. Prices are a tad bit high for the amount of fries and the size of the sandwich. The service was pretty quick and staff seems friendly.

I ordered the cheesesteak with provolone, onions, and lettuce. It was delicious!!! The steak was seasoned perfectly, it had just the right amount of toppings, and the bread was soft and seemed fresh. I ordered the 7″ (regular size) which came to ~ $9.50, and I’d say it was worth it. You totally get what you pay for here – in a good way!

Was craving a sandwich and found this delicious gem! I mean, look at this sandwich! It was absolutely delicious. My husband got the mushroom cheese steak, and he loved it. The place is clean and neat and well taken care of. The service was friendly and quick, but not at all rushed.
We will be back!

Sandwich shop in a strip mall by Safeway with tasty hot and cold subs. I opted for the grilled Italian and it was delicious. Though I will say the hot oil was HOT! I think I’ve just become more of a spice wuss as I’ve gotten older.
Go for the bigger subs (11 inch I think?) Totally worth it. Also get the crab fries but remember to order the dipping sauce.
Counter ordering with to go and dine in options. Ample parking lot parking.
