Dined at Angelo’s Restaurant & Bar and overall had a good experience, though the place does seem a little run down. The food was well prepared, flavorful, and served hot, with portions that felt fair for the price. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time, which made the meal easy to enjoy.
The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, but the space could use some updating. That said, the staff was friendly and attentive, and they did a good job checking in without being intrusive.
Overall, Angelo’s is a solid spot for good food and service, even if the appearance could use some attention.

Butter chicken isn’t made by any chef or cook its start out of a box and heated. They have it stage in buffet tray outside but this worse butter chicken I had in a while and naan’s are not fresh it’s also precooked naan’s that you can buy from Walmart and cook yourself.
I hate to leave this review but I wouldn’t try anything Indian here unless you don’t mind food out of box heated and presented to you.

Pizza is pretty good. Friendly server. Like one other post said- just have to get the under carriage a little more cooked. Great taste, fair amount of toppings. This could be really good pizza..

Stopped with my sister. We both had hot beef with mash potatoes. The beef was good but potato was very runny. Not tasty. Service was ok but the waitress was having a dilemma of a sort. Served us then shortly ran out of the restaurant in tears followed by another waitress. They came back in shortly but this was not very professional at all. We had a difficult time getting to order dessert. Not thinking of returning there for a meal

First, last and worst experience of an Indian food. Ordered 2 garlic naan and shahi paneer but it is 100 miles away from taste.
Ready made frozen naan with garlic butter on top. I got very disappointed waste my $25. Hope they will respect customers expectations from Indian restaurant.

It was nice to find a place that serves Indian food and snacks on the 401 Highway. Samosas and Chai were good.

Service was very nice however the food was not up to par. I got the non veg thali for $16.99 and butter chicken tasted more like the frozen ones you get from the grocery store, they definitely are using the wrong spice box as it had a weird aftertaste. The dal makhni and dahi was okay, but the naan is the store bought stuff.. also.. the gulab jamun was burnt. They offered a replacement but I just wasn’t up for it. Hope to see some improvement. Customer service was very nice!

The Karahi Paneer at this restaurant is a taste bud delight! The paneer was incredibly soft, and the mix of peppers and spices was just perfect made by chef Amritpal and served by Mehak. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the aroma was mouthwatering. The service was great, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves delicious, hearty Indian food!

It’s a shame to give negative points. I blame the owner of the place. The employees shouldn’t get this criticism: Cold breakfast potatoes are a sign of budget cuts. I thought I was inviting Irving to Cardinal Ontario. Ultimately, why renovate the building right here and partner with Irving to lighten the Cornwall parking lot? I’m looking forward to the future of this decrepit place!

Seen this place on the GPS plenty of times going up and down the 401. Glad I stopped. I enjoy a good lasagna and this place didn’t disappoint. Service was great, price was reasonable. If you have the time for a sit down meal, yes do stop here.
