Angelos has some great early bird specials for dinner. My son said the fettuccine alfredo was one of the best that he’s ever had. My wife really enjoyed the French Onion Soup too. I got the new Detroit style pizza! It was probably the thickest Detroit style that I’ve ever had. The pizza had a good taste and I really enjoyed the sauce, but the caramelized frico crust was not there, which was sad, as that is my favorite part of a Detroit style pizza. I think I will stick with NY style pizza, next time I’m in.

Saw this on the pizza review guy drove 10 miles up here from Crystal River. Excellent pizza Edie was our server. She was fantastic.
The lunch specials are a great deal! And you can get two draft beers for one price between 11 and five I like that deal glasses were frosted cold. My sister ordered the two slice with a drink for 6.99 I got the Stromboli with French onion soup. I think she said there was a charge on the French on it too. We took up pizza to go pepperoni because the pizza was fantastic. Will be back.

We got the whipped ricotta, wings, Spicy Nonna and cannolis to go. It was all delicious and we can’t wait to go back to try some different pizzas. The staff was super friendly and the owner even stopped by to ensure everything was quality.

We were visiting the area for the holiday and were heading back to where we were staying but decided to make a U-turn to try this place out. Edie was our server and she was very pleasant and attentive. We both had the early bird special. I had fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the same but with penne pasta and shrimp. We also had the garlic knots and for dessert we had cheese cake and tiramisu. Everything was so delicious!!! If we are in the area again, we will definitely visit again.

The Detroit Style Rosa Pizza that we ate was delicious and the best we’ve had, and the Meatball Sub was delicious as well. We went during Happy Hour, and my Red Wine was buy one get one free! Our waitress Carol was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant, the food and the friendly environment from Carol and Mr. Angelo Jr.

The food was incredible. We learned that they use natural ingredients and flour imported from Italy and you can definitely tell! The quality and taste was amazing. On top of that we had such a lovely conversation with the owner at the end of our meal. Highly recommend!

Old school atmosphere, wonderful and friendly staff, and you the owner is always behind the counter making the most delicious pizza, like this “Sicilian Grandma”.. every bite was so perfect and delicious!

Wanted to try someplace new. Yum! The strombolli was thin and crisp..perfection. We liked the sauce a lot. Great flavor. Hubby liked his chicken parm. Miss Edie was a joy as a server! Definitely will be back.

Yes.. the pizza once again. It’s the neverending perfection of “pie.” Batting 1000 on the pizza. But this time a new addition to the menu; The Turin Trio Sundae. Like Jodie Foster in the 1997 movie Contact; “No Words.” Folks my wife and I brought pistachio spread from Turin Italy last year. Yes, it’s that good. The Carmel ice cream tastes like a butterscotch and the vanilla is a creamed vanilla bean. Truly wonderful food with great ambience. If you haven’t pointed your car toward this place by the time you have finished reading this, seek professional help!
