Updated yet again! Yesterday I found myself nearby during lunch time. And thought what the heck I enjoyed it last time n I’m here. So I was pleasantly surprised by teem offering Chicken Bacon Ranch slices. Recently this flavor has become a new favorite .. I have tried it at Napoli and Marinellis off rte 12. Now was a chance compare them to Angelo’s so here’s my thoughts .. each of these places have stand out slices. Angelo’s became my new favorite for a few reasons . I like the crunchy bacon aspect as well as the size price taste and atmosphere. So my new winner. Try to compare the 3 and let me know your favorite and why. Best to call and see if they offered it as these sell out quickly! I’m hooked maybe you will be too!

Im usually not one to write reviews but I had to on this one. My wife and I were going to stop next door at Golden Bowl and decided to come here instead. Walked in and were seated right away. Waiter asked what we would like to order before we had a chance to look at the menu. We ordered our drinks and received them a few minutes later- a bottled lemonade and a canned coke. We were given cups with no straws. We then asked for straws, twice and the waiter completely ignored us. We asked for napkins and the waiter said you have napkins right there and pointed at our utensils. I then grabbed the napkin dispenser from the table next to us. We were given our salad and (really) hard bread. When the waiter noticed we had the napkin dispenser on our table, she quickly grabbed it and took it away. We reminded her that we would like straws for our cups and some napkins and she said oh I forgot. She proceeded to walk away and answer the phone instead. She came back with our straws and 2 napkins. We hadn’t received our food yet and didn’t touch our salads. I decided this was not the establishment for my wife and I to spend our hard earned money at. We are truck drivers and visit New Jersey frequently, we try to give small local businesses a try but this one was not a good choice. I see the owner responding to reviews, instead of taking into consideration what the locals are saying. Also seen a reply on a review saying this is the reason why small business don’t stay business, but I don’t think it’s the reviews, it’s the service. This may also be the reason why the establishment was empty. Maybe take that time to improve the service at the establishment instead of replying to reviews.

We’ve been trying out the local places for quick lunches mid-shopping on the weekends, and this has been far and away the best of the bunch so far.

One of the best tasting brick oven pizzas I’ve had. Angelo’s offers a great tasting pizza that includes a great sauce and cheese. We have been coming here for years until they experienced an electrical fire in 2016 which caused Angelos to closed down. We always hoped it would reopen and it did. We recently visited Angelos and the interior has a more modern design and fits well with how the place looked before. The service is always excellent with the food which is why it’s a 5 out of 5

Terry is the best waitress ever! She always makes you feel welcome and is so efficient and kind. She greets everyone that walks in, waits on customers and juggles many other tasks with a smile and genuine caring.

Disappointed about our experience last night. Party of 10 adults and 4 children. When making the reservation my brother-in-law specifically said there were 4 young children and asked to be sat in the back, we were sat in the middle of the restaurant. The wait staff was clearly aggravated by our table, to the point where we heard them making rude and unnecessary comments to each other and other diners. We made the reservation early (5pm) because we understand that sometimes dining with 4 children can be difficult. One of the waitresses told my mom that my niece was unattended in the bathroom and had left her purse behind, she in fact was not unattended and was in there with her aunt. If you have young children I would not recommended this restaurant. Disappointed because we used to really enjoy this establishment. In addition, two people that ordered and ate the same thing aren’t feeling well today. Time to look for a new local eatery with a staff that is kind, attentive and wouldn’t insult us to other paying customers.

Great classic Italian spot. I had the penne vodka which was very good. Parking is a little hard, but the building next door is vacant so you can usually get a spot there.
