On 01/23/2026 I stopped by the Andy’s Little Rock location on Markham to get my family dinner. I pulled up at the drive thru speaker at 6:37 pm and waited a few minutes before pulling to the window because no one offered to take my order over the speaker. I didn’t see anyone at the window either so I parked in front of the entrance to the restaurant. There was a young lady sitting in her car with it running a few parking spaces away who saw me and immediately ran inside the restaurant before I walked up. When I walked up she was standing at the door and yelled “we’re closed!” I was confused because the open sign was still lit up, and before I came I verified closing time was 7 pm. So I walked to my truck to call my wife to figure out dinner. As I was doing that the same young lady walked out of the restaurant back to her car. I asked, “Don’t y’all close at 7 pm?” She didn’t respond, went into the restaurant and informed 2 other employees (a male adult and an older female) what I’d asked. Mind you they could not be seen when I first arrived. I then walked back to the front door and the male came up and said they were closing. I informed them that I’d gotten there long before they were supposed to close and nobody spoke on the drive thru speaker nor was anyone visible when I pulled up at the window. The older lady said “we’re trying to get out of here before the bad weather comes.” I asked, why was the open sign still on if they were closed, and the mail said he was just about to turn it off. Nobody said anything else so I left. I sat in my car for a few minutes as my wife placed an order elsewhere, and when I left the open sign was still on at the restaurant. I don’t feel as though the restaurant was closed, but the staff was trying to avoid anything keeping them from walking out at 7 pm. I could understand if I’d arrived 5 minutes before closing time, but I was there almost 30 minutes before the restaurant was to close. All I wanted was 3 burgers, and 3 orders of fries. Furthermore I was trying to get food for my family before the winter storm hit. And the bad weather was not supposed to hit that area until after 8:30 pm. My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant a small handful of times, and enjoy the food. But this experience has turned us off. Also, this is not the first time that we have gone to the restaurant during business hours and no one was available to take our order at the drive thru. Its experiences like this that give places a bad rep and keep good people from coming back. I reported my issue to corporate but am unsure if anything was done. I have not been back.

First time trying this restaurant because it was recommended to me by a friend. I got their breakfast sandwiches with sides of hash brown and sides of gravy. We had a hiccup with the order but their customer service was wonderful and they fixed it immediately. The food is delicious and I will come again. I definitely suggest trying this place out if you haven’t yet.

Great food! Lots of space inside the restaurant, and super nice staff. We ate here as a group of 7, and they were great about getting delicious food ready quickly. Dining room is roomy but a bit cool, so bring a jacket if you’re eating in.

Not sure what happened with this place. The food used to be awesome! Now it is rushed, sloppy and uncooked. If you order a burger make sure you tell them well, well, done. Otherwise, you will be in the bathroom. My burger was pink and only cooked on the outside!

The food is amazing as always. The employees are very friendly and always greet when we enter and tell us good bye when we leave. They thank us for eating there as well.

I went to the Little Rock location on my lunch break and waited in line for almost 20 minutes to get my food. The speaker for the drive-through is terrible. It’s very low and you can barely understand what is being said. To make matters worse the employee taking the order at the window was dang near whispering. I had to ask her to repeat what she was telling me. I ordered the Andy burger, fries and six piece chicken nuggets. As I waited I took note of the sign hanging in the window that said something along the lines of orders are not premade they are made to order, so they may take longer and you can call in ahead of time. Which is fine because I have no problem waiting if the food is freshly made. I received my food and before I can even pull out of the drive through parking lot I grabbed my fries and they were not only cold but hard like they’ve been sitting for some time. I was unable to turn back around because my lunch break at this point was almost up. Once I got to work I opened up my burger as I normally do and found a small piece of hair inside of the burger on top of the cheese. So not only are the fries in edible but so is the burger.
I wasted my lunch time waiting for food that is going in the trash but also my money as well.
I tried to call the phone number on the receipt but it is cell phone not a regular business phone and no one was available.
I’ll be adding Andy’s to my list of restaurants never to eat at or recommend.
That sign about the food being made to order is a lie and needs to be removed.

Me and my husband went to Andy’s for lunch and was not impressed…. I ordered the potato bar and a drink and my husband ordered a double cheese burger, fries, and a drink. My husband was very clear no mayo and the cashier stated she would let them know. We told her we was eating in and she said ok. This was our first time, so we didn’t know the process (we was to have a seat and wait for them to say our name) that would’ve been good to know. When we got our order mine was a plain potato, so I went to the “so called” potato bar and saw old looking hard bacon bits, dried green onions, a big block of hard butter, sour cream, and broccoli that looked like it was from a frozen bag. Truthfully it was disgusting. No cheese so I asked for some and was given a container on processed liquid cheese that tasked like boxed Mac and cheese sauce WEIRD! My husband’s burger had mayo, which was disappointing because we made sure to say NO mayo. He returned the burger to get remade which took about 10 min. He said the burger was just so so, nothing special, just a burger. There was another customer we heard having to take back his chicken sandwich because the chicken was undercooked. I really had high hopes of this place and liked the old wooden look inside. Don’t see me coming back though…
