I ordered a double chocolate malt from Andy’s Frozen Custard and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, chocolatey, and perfectly blended. The staff was professional, upbeat, and incredibly friendly, which just made the whole experience even better. It’s always a treat stopping by here for our ice cream fix—Andy’s never disappoints!

I’ve supported this Stone Hill location since it opened, but the service has seriously declined in recent months. Today we waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told they couldn’t take our order because the manager had left and only three employees were working during a busy rush. The young employee was clearly overwhelmed, which speaks to very poor management and staffing. This is disappointing for what used to be a great place. I hope ownership steps in and fixes this.

I was honestly really disappointed in this Andy’s. I’m from Missouri where the original Andy’s location is and I guess every other Andy’s I have been at runs like the original one but not this one. The girl at the drive thru window had a very poor attitude and they were out of vanilla custard. I literally get Andy’s everyday sometimes twice and I just found this location was a couple minutes closer to me than the Parmer location but from now on I’ll drive the couple extra minutes.

I am addicted to this place. One of the best in Austin area, must try in Austin. This place is always bustling with customers, the drive thru lanes can be longer on weekends and evening. Worth the wait. The turtle sundae, jackhammer variety of custards are a must try.

8 dollars for a medium and all the stuff was on top. I split it with someone and didn’t realize it wasn’t blended or mixed throughout so theirs was probably delicious and mine was pretty much just plain vanilla custard with the occasional topping piece

We were so excited to eat Andy’s since the last time we had it was in Waco years ago! Unfortunately, i ordered a banana split that was $10 but was just 3 blobs of custard, some fudge and a banana. no nuts, strawberries, or marshmallow crème as mentioned in the description. what’s a banana split without any nuts? Super disappointing.
