Custard is AMAZING. Service in drive thru was trash. Ordered 2 small concretes for my husband and I and tried ordering a kids Sunday for our 2 year old, then the drive thru worker told us “no, its unfortunately for kids only” to which we rolled down our back window to show them our child (which we shouldnt have had to do to be able to order, what if she was with a sitter at home and we were bringing her a treat??” Please educate your employees.

Stopped by for their opening weekend. It was busy, but line was moving quickly and orders ready within a few minutes. They were well-prepared for the busy day. Staff was friendly and everyone was working hard together.
If you’ve ever been to Andy’s, it’s always a consistent experience from the custard to the service. I wanted to order my favorite three-crete, but it wasn’t on the menu and it was time to try something else. Ordered the James Brown Funky Jackhammer and a Build Your Own. Both were very creamy mixed with generous mix-ins.
This location has a nice play area of turf grass with a few yard games such as cornhole. There’s plenty of bench seats in the same area to sit and enjoy your custard.

Best ice cream ever! I had the peach cream ice cream yesterday and the peaches were great and good sized. Very tasty. I will be back!

Reality VS Expections..
Really disappointed so many people told me this place was good, but quantity over quality. Not sure if it was because I showed up an hour before closing but ordered a banana split for my family, and this is literally what I got.. The banana split is completely missing some ingredients?
Only giving this place 1 star because the custard was delicious but it wasn’t worth it the amount of $$$ I paid, and rude employees I witnessed last night. I had to ask for lids for the ice cream and didn’t even have a bag to place the banana split. So I went home with melted custard and a banana split that was already falling apart before I got home lol.. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Prices are steep but apparently worth it because I keep going back. The custard is 5 stars by the way, I took off a star because two medium custards shouldn’t cost $16, or maybe they should, what do i know. Guess we’ll all just ride this hyper inflation till I have to mortgage my house to have a frozen custard.

Best place in Stone Oak for a frozen treat!!!! Brought my daughter and friend and her mom there after Tick or Treating. Best decision of the night the Heath concrete and oreo concrete were to die for, and then when we tried the chocolate it was unbelievable. The only thing that was better than their custard was their customer service, unfortunately I’m bad with names but she was Fantastic, “Host Reg #1”. So glad your open it was worth the wait!!!
Out for games we’re a lot of fun as well!

11/3 I picked one up a caramel apple on my 1st visit today around 4p. It says “best enjoyed at room temperature” so I left on the counter for 2 1/2 hours to eat after dinner. When I opened, the caramel stuck to the plastic wrap that it came packaged in, inside the wrap. So I paid almost $8 for a Granny Smith apple and a plastic covered in caramel. What a waste. I would definitely not recommend the caramel apple!
I emailed the location directly that evening but received no response besides the automated reply.

I ordered over $30 worth. The staff was nice but I was underwhelmed by the quality of the food received. I chose 2 concrete and 1 jackhammer, all of them in medium size but were already semi melted when I received them .. oh well I could refreeze them for the family later right? When I checked the 3 items, I only received 2 medium sized cups and 1 small.. only the small was decently filled . See yourself in comparison to the “medium” I ordered vs the small they gave me.. all of them were sticky to the touch on the outsides of the cups .. no napkins, no carry tray so I asked for bags. I was not asked/given any receipt either. They only had enough bags for 2 and told me they ran out of bags. I don’t think I will be coming back. The food taste overall was just alright, nothing to be raving about.
Edit: I tried emailing the address they asked me to but did not receive any response.

The prices are typical for custard. The quality is good based on my limited sampling. What will keep me from going back is a lack of indoor seating. It seems only the employees enjoy ac while the paying patrons are reduced to a very limited out door benches. Freddy’s Custard, Dairy Queen or other establishments that provide indoor seating with ac is a much better choice.
