Had a great time at Andy’s Frozen Custard. We received a 2 for 1 coupon at an event and finally was able to use it. I wish we had one a little closer.
Anyhow, we walked up to the front and ordered a Stolen Brownie Sundae and a Pumpkin Pie Concrete. There are a few benches to sit down to enjoy and we took advantage of that. Saw little chunks of crust in my concrete and both items were better than we expected.
I can only hope the expand a little closer to us.

Andy’s Frozen Custard located in Waco, Texas is an okay location. The staff seemed friendly, the property was clean overall. The prices were high for the quality of the product that we received. We ordered three different items. A root beer float, a concrete mixer and triple chocolate dish. We didn’t feel great after consuming these items. We have eaten custard at Culver’s many times but since they do not Culver’s in this area that we would try Andy’s. It was overall disappointing. We won’t be trying it again.

Absolutely.The worst banana split.I’ve ever received in my life.The scoops were half the scoop.Their custard was flavorless.No chocolate, no pineapples, just a couple of cherries.And some rotten strawberries

My recent visit to Andy’s was so disappointing. We ordered a straw-Ana and a banana split. Both came with banana that was no place near ready to eat! They were so green/underripe, it left us with a raspy feeling in our mouth and ruined the taste of the custard, due to the starch. We opted out of eating our desserts and unfortunately tossed them in the trash! I definitely do not recommend anyone get anything at Andy’s that has banana!

Worst experience I’ve had at Andy’s. Faithful customer! Asked the worker how she was and she said, “I want to put a fork in an outlet” I then we said, “we’ll be the easiest customers you’ve had all day” and she said, “I doubt that”. Rude at the cash register. Completely unprovoked. Disappointed.

Was my first time and we loved it. No so much the rootbeer and cream soda. Just aren’t what we like. The Boot Daddy was ice cream blizzard like thing great! My husband had a choc. Shake and wasn’t impressed.

We stopped by on a busy college night, and I was impressed by how efficient the service was. Even with a long drive-thru line, they had someone come out to take orders, so by the time we got to the window, our order was either ready or just a quick few minutes away. Super smooth process!
I always make it a point to stop here for a sweet treat whenever I’m passing through, even though it’s not often, it’s always worth it.
