Usually when we come they fill the cups with custard to the top but this time one of our custards was only filled up like 3/4 of the way and the other wasn’t as full as normal either. Wish I had ordered a small on the chocolate and saved the money bc it looks like the same amount as I would have gotten if so. :/

Fantastic custard. My wife and I love the Heath concrete and my son really liked the new gooey butter cake Concrete. This is a great Andy’s right next to campus with a lot of excitement and cool signage. That is a throwback to the previous art store.

This newly opened Andy’s Frozen Custard location is outstanding. The custard is extremely fresh and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. This location recently opened, it’s is extremely busy, but they do a good job serving all customers efficiently and alleviating a long wait. If you enjoy frozen custard this is a great place to visit.

Growing up in Springfield, Missouri, there were limited good frozen treats, but when Andy’s Frozen Custard opened up, it changed so many lives. It is never just getting something delicious it is also an experience with all the lights, great customer service and depending on the time of year a cool refreshing treat in the hot months or get toasty by the heaters in the cooler months. It feels like getting a treat at the county fairgrounds minus the rides.
The S. National Ave location is amazing and the history of the new and old building is so thoughtful of the owners. Well done.

I understand that you can get short staffed and new people might not know the entire menu but I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae with nuts. What I got was a brownie in the bottom. Not good for someone who has to be gluten free.

What a great location Josh and the closing crew there are amazing and all deserve recognition for going above and beyond. It’s refreshing to see genuinely kind people… apple pie concretes year round though, joy isn’t seasonal.
