We went through the drive through but this place has always been a go to! You can expect consistency with good ice cream from here! The staff have always been very good and have joked around with them in the past. Something I never had been given here was a souvenir plastic cup! I’m not sure if it’s a fall thing they’re doing but was glad to have it! Overall I would always recommend coming to this place for some custard to fulfill a sweet tooth!

This is the best custard I’ve had, better than Culver’s, and WAYYYY better than Freddy’s custard. Freddy’s is so bad it actually gave me a headache. I got the lemon bar flavor at Andy’s it I devoured it!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!! Feels fresh, not “gross”. Drive-thru was quick and attentive. This will be my only custard spot from now on!!

Honestly the customer service is terrible. The guy who made our frozen custard was just plain out rude! The custard was ok ish. We also asked for 1 scoop on a cone and the guy told us no. Brahms is better anyways!

UPDATE: Thank you Andy’s Ownership offices for reaching out, and wanting to make things right. I appreciate you emailing, and talking with me over the phone to hear my concerns, and also for the store credit, and will be returning to Andy’s to enjoy the treats you provide! My hope for managers, is that you would take the time and step away to talk with customers when they request.
“When you delete my order, say nothing but handing out all orders to everyone but me, then when I ask you lie and say that “you had to wash collers” then hand out other orders.. that take collers to make.. then finally ask me, “what did you order again?”.. I tell you.. you don’t offer any credits, and won’t give me your manager number, then when I finally ask to call the next day to talk about my deleted order, I get nothing but stares. Not appreciated at all!”

The road to get here is a horrible messy wasteland of strip malls and a complete eye sore and an affront to human decency but the ice cream here is nice and Andy’s didn’t build the disgusting and deficient surroundings that are built for cars instead of people they only built this lovely ice cream store and the ice cream is good.
