When you hire New employees you must ALWAYS have someone with experience by their side especially when taking orders. The young lady was very friendly and polite but I asked for a Banana Split with vanilla and chocolate custard, no nuts no strawberries no chocolate drizzle. I had to throw away the banana split since I do have an allergic reaction to nuts. As expensive as it is I had to throw it away. I only got vanilla custard.

Ordered a malt with extra malt and got a chocolate shake with extra chocolate. The lady entering the order looked like she was having a hard time trying to enter extra malt on the order taking tablet. I added malt at home but it was so chocolaty from the extra chocolate that I couldn’t taste the malt at all. So I dumped it. So pee-o’d. Teach your employees how to use the tablet!

Omg love, love, love! All the workers are fast, kind, and helpful! Super kid friendly and pet friendly, but you already knew that! I go once a week ALWAYS!!!! Very cute! Would request faster drive in time and early open time for all the gym goers! (Aka me and many esporta early birds)

Good Ice cream as always but the floats are not that great. If you want a good rootbeer float, visit the A&W restaurant by North Aurora. So much bigger, in a cold mug with a lot more Root Beer and Ice Cream and it tastes better.
