I took my dad yesterday and it was a great treat for him he got the peach custard and I got a twist cone. He said it had been decades since he had peach custard so he was a happy camper. It was 88 degrees out and he could not eat it fast enough. We were just confused with the ordering process because nothing told us to order at the window.

Food: I got the Stolen Brownie Sundae but subbed the hot fudge with caramel as recommended by the manager. The caramel was a much better pairing with the pecans than the hot fudge would have been. I also liked that it was a small enough serving compared to their concrete serving size. My sister got a custom concrete with strawberry and cheesecake. Both were presented in a very pleasing form.
Service: Visited late on a Saturday night in the last hour before closing. Only one other customer inside. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when inquired about recommendations and preferences. Prompt service.
Atmosphere: This custard spot has an retro feel to it do the neon signs, diner design inside, and iconic Ice cream model sign outside. Perfect late night visit for a sweet tooth.

They were out of candy cane pieces despite it being advertised as their seasonal item. They were also out of whipped cream despite that being a common topping, also advertised on their sundaes.
We ended up just getting a scoop of custard, which was very tasty, but we left disappointed.

Firstly, I would like to start with the weird and deranged self entitled workers. I had walked into this store about a couple days ago. Everyone there had a degenerative look on their faces as if they hated their lives, one thing i had noticed as well was the crew was completely new and nobody knew what they were doing. Consistently snickering and the team looked a complete mess. Then, when I had received my order (small boot daddy) It was way too over blended and couldn’t taste the caramel and hot fudge. Please do better Andys crew!

If I could give more than five stars to the wonderful employee, Miss Yasmine, I would give a hundred stars. She is very wonderful and cooperative, and her smile makes me feel comfortable dealing with her. Mr. Gerald is also wonderful to deal with. Thank you, and I hope they maintain their wonderful performance always.

Ice cream is great but when they present you your cup, it’s terrible and very sloppy. Due to poor cheap ice cream lids that does not fit good, it leaked all over my car. Unsatisfied customer.

The Rico Suave Jackhammer at Andy’s Frozen Custard is not just a dessert; it’s a culinary masterpiece that will leave your taste buds begging for more. As you take your first spoonful, you’re immediately greeted by the creamy richness of Andy’s signature vanilla frozen custard, though if you’re feeling daring, you can opt for the decadent chocolate base. But it’s the toppings that truly elevate this dessert to legendary status. Roasted pecans add a delightful crunch, their nutty flavor perfectly complementing the creamy custard. And then there are the Oreos – each bite bursting with chocolatey goodness and just the right amount of sweetness. But the piece de resistance lies at the heart of this concoction: a molten core of hot fudge. As you delve deeper into the Jackhammer, the fudge oozes out, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate. The contrast between the warm, gooey fudge and the cool, velvety custard is nothing short of divine. Every spoonful of the Rico Suave Jackhammer is an adventure for the senses, a journey through layers of indulgence that leaves you craving more. It’s not just dessert; it’s an experience – one that will linger in your memory long after the last bite is gone. If you’re in need of a culinary thrill, look no further than Andy’s Frozen Custard and their unparalleled Rico Suave Jackhammer.

We have been regulars at our local Andy’s for years now but I’m afraid that may be coming to an end. On Sunday evening we decided to stop by for our favorites. But rather than receiving the usual concrete, we received a cup of vanilla custard with only two pecan crumbles and a dusting of Oreo powder. Service was friendly and fast, but too fast they forgot to add the toppings to our order because they looked nothing compared to what we’ve received in previous weeks or even the pictures on the menu!
