I really want to support this location because I love Andy’s custard, but I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my last few visits.
The last four times I’ve come here, I’ve ordered butter pecan custard with added brownie pieces. Two of those visits, the brownie was completely missing. The other two times (including today), there was barely any brownie at all, sometimes just tiny pieces I had to search for. On top of that, the custard isn’t fully mixed, so about half ends up being plain vanilla.
When I’m paying around $10 plus extra for toppings, I expect the mix-ins to actually be there and mixed throughout the whole custard. I’ve also noticed the cups haven’t been filled all the way to the rim, which makes it feel even more disappointing for the price.
I love Andy’s and want to keep coming back, but consistency and portion quality really matter, especially when customers are paying premium prices. I hope this location can improve because I’d rather support them than go somewhere else.

You would think with Andy’s being a new business in Plant City they would do their absolute best to meet customers expectations and customer service would be paramount, unfortunately that’s not the case. I’ve been there a few times since they’ve opened and only walked away satisfied one time. Today I ordered the tin roof sundae and a third of the cup was nothing but chocolate syrup I brought it to their attention and they said it was made the way it was supposed to be made and there was nothing that they could do about it, not would you like some more ice cream can we remake it or anything just sorry about your luck , enjoy your $9 cup of chocolate syrup. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager there only a shift lead , needless to say his customer service skills was nonexistent. I will not be going back and if I had to guess based off of all of the reviews with almost 40% being one-star reviews I could not imagine that place lasting very long.

Hands down best treat place in town. I was never a custard fan until trying Andy’s . I will be coming back that’s for sure ! And I was even told about the rewards account. (love this !) Custard is always fresh, service was fast. I really enjoyed interacting with Brooke and Khyler. Both were courteous and kind. Brooke made the atmosphere so fun and welcoming. She gave wonderful suggestions on treats for me and the family. She is so pleasant every time we come. Thanks Andy’s!

Amazing frozen custard. Drive thru employee could have been a little more pleasant. When one order appeared to have very little hot fudge, the response from the employee was not let’s fix it, but instead next time it would be an upcharge when it was part of our order. Clearly on vanilla custard, you would notice the swirls of hot fudge.

I wasn’t even sure what custard was untill I tried Andy’s. Trying for the first time was a game changer for me. LOVE THE CHOCOLATE! I had just a plain cone with 2 scoops and it was plenty, for me. So rich and creamy. It’s my new favorite place. Oh and did you know you can toppings for your cone on the side. I refer mine plain, but I did try sprinkles one time and having it on the side May every bite great!

My sister and I stopped by andy’s a last week and picked up a hot fudge sunday and a custard. They were so delicious as usual but brooke made it such a nice visit. We laughed and joked as she prepared our order and really made the visit extra special.

I have been to this location multiple times. And it has consistently been iffy. Sometimes the order comes out great. Other times it comes out ehhhh (like I could have made this at home).
Tonight was ehhhhhh. I ordered the Cookie Butter Concrete with an extra topping (Casanova Cookie as a suggestion from the employee taking orders).
Once I ate to midway of the cup it was just vanilla ice cream.
Very sad that my $9 ice cream was overpriced and not made accurately. I have ordered the Cookie Butter Concrete before and it was definitely throughout. I’ll keep my coins and either go to the Valrico location or elsewhere.

The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They make every visit feel like a treat before you even get your order. I stopped in for a milkshake and it was amazing… rich, creamy, and perfectly blended. You can really taste the difference in their custard! It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both the service and the quality. Definitely my new go-to dessert spot in Plant City!

This place is really nice! Went with my grandma and boyfriend to see if the icecream was decent and I have to say the jackhammers and sundaes are tasty! Even with just a medium it was a lot of ice cream and my boyfriend said his sunday was great. Only thing I’ll say “negative” is the prices are a bit steep but it is really good ice-cream. We had brooke serve us and they were very nice. May come again soon!
