I did not go to the location. However I purchased ravioli frozen from the store. This is the only brand I will ever buy, i purchased 3 bags and ALL 3 bags were bad. Dough was not covering the entire ravioli, ricotta was exposed. Pasta was broken. Absolutely disgusting. The pasta water looked like milk. I had to trash our entire dinner nobody wanted to eat the pasta because it tasted disgusting. We called the company and their response was they were made at the end of the day and they sometimes run out of dough and they should of been thrown out. The company did not offer us anything, not a refund, not a coupon or anything. This was the last time I will buy any Andrea products. Such disrespect to a loyal customer who has used only their brand. I will pay triple and purchase then from the Italian market next time!!! Bad product and HORRIBLE customer service

I have lived in Western Essex County for most of my life. I actually used to walk by this place every day to get on the bus to go to school in the early nineties. If you don’t know that it’s there, it’s easy to miss. I know them mostly from their products in the supermarket that my wife has bought on occasion. At the ripe age of 50, I decided that I was finally going to stop in to try their food. Very friendly staff and very clean on the inside. I went at lunch time and it looks like it is a popular police and fire department lunch spot (I felt like I was in a Chicago PD/Chicago Fire crossover episode, lol). My wife really enjoyed her chicken cutlet sandwich. Any one who knows me knows that I am a connoisseur of chicken parm dishes. The chicken parm sandwich here is outstanding…I really like the hearty tomato sauce. I would venture to say it is in my top five all time and if you know me, you know that I have eaten chicken parm sandwiches in probably more than a hundred places. Definitely top two in Essex. I prefer a softer roll, but that is my only knock if you want to call it that.
The only downside is that the parking in this area is a mess. I think I have found my new/old go to spot for lunch!

Stopped for sandwiches for lunch. They have a dining area so we got some sodas and ate there. You kind of order then pick up and serve yourself. Sandwich was great and reasonable.

New to the West Orange area and have had a difficult time finding quality Italian food. Andrea in Orange did a great job with my catering order including Hot Food and Cold Antipasto. Angela made sure the order was complete, fresh, and packaged correctly. I will be sure to return in the future!
