The food is so overpriced. You pay $10.49 for 3 oz of meat.. and no fries. I can go to a local restaurant for 6oz of meat, and fries for $16 that is of higher quality. I know prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. They have a bunch of kids making your order. I do not recommend.

Took my granddaughter for a flu shot and told her if she was brave a treat would follow. She picked Anderson for ice cream. We ordered and when I went to pay the girl said whenever it snows ice cream is half price. I thanked her and felt great that I saved money for a great ice cream treat. Thanks Andersons will have to remember when it snows to go for half price ice cream.

waited 20 minutes for two ice cream cones in an empty restaurant. the cashier did not take our names down and we sat and waited for 15 minutes before someone questioned what our order was. once they made the order it was still missing rainbow sprinkles… this place has gone downhill

Solid place to go for ice cream. The custard is great here. The service is okay, not great. But most of them are youngsters so maybe they’re just learning. We love their ice cream sandwiches to go. The season peach sundae wasn’t all that great, not worth the extra money. I wish I ordered just their classic custard or something. Overall, I would recommend this ice cream spot.

Anderson’s is a must stop if you’re going out to dinner. My rule is if you’re going to Ted’s Hot Dogs which is across the street, you must stop at Anderson’s for ice cream. The variety of ice cream and soda floats are unbeatable. For those who are not from Western New York, Anderson’s is a local staple that you have to stop at.

Anderson’s was great and a classic go to, here in WNY. The food was made fresh and came out very hot. Service was great and the tables and settings was clean and organized. Great spot.

11/16/25 I purchased 2 beef sandwiches at approximately $15 each that didn’t have enough meat on them to qualify as a $8 sandwich. We have always liked Anderson beef but at their current prices and quality we will no longer be patronizing their establishment.
