Horrible customer service, young latina female working the registers when i came didn’t acknowledge me or other customers. When i said i was there to pick up an order she tried to charge me for someone elses, mine was paid already online. Then looked lost looking for mine. Came back rude and said it wasn’t ready. Came in 15 minutes later when it was completely ignored me again, took other customers in front of me then decided to take her break and buy herself a snack with a line going out the door. She was about 5’9 about 23yrs very unprofessional.

Fountain drinks were underwhelming (lacked options) and were out of ice. Otherwise I would have given this visit 5 stars. Dining indoors is available and masks are required.

Was looking for Japanese Shokupan bread in the area. Found out that Anderson bakery makes and sells them. Clean bakery. Pleasant customer service. Indoor seating area is quite large. Large selection of breads, pastries and cakes. Free parking lot. Walmart, Smart&Final, Jollibees, Starbucks and Krispy Kreme all with 5 mins of each other.

I love their cheese bread and other pastries. This location needs to hire more staff. I don’t think I’ve ever come to this store and ever saw more than 1 person at the register and serving then another in the back prepping.
