Great place with incredible owners and team. You will see the owners working side by side with their staff which always leads to a great customer service experience. Something for everything on the drink side with a nice mix of local and national craft beers, domestic beers and liquor including some rare meads. The food menu is basic with their different toasted cheese selections as the focus. Perfect for a light meal or snack. They also offer entertainment some night both karaoke and bands. Inside bar seating along with outside patio seating is available.

Kristen was incredible behind the bar at Anclote Brewery in Tarpon Springs! Super attentive, fast, and very knowledgeable about the menu — she walked me through everything perfectly. We absolutely love this bar! The food is amazing too! I have the pepperoni grilled cheese sandwich! My bf loves the pressed Cuban. As yummy! Eat inside at the bar or out on the patio. It’s so fun to party here! Dan and Kelly are the best bartenders and cooks!

Walked past on the way to watch the sunset and decided to circle back to try some local brews. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made great suggestions, based on our preferences! Definitely recommend, grab a taste of beer from all over Florida. We got to try the Florida Mule Whisky as well, delish and only offered at limited cities within the state! (P.S. Wishing a speedy recovery to your friend! )

Nice brewery!!
We had a wonderful time drinking some awesome beers/ciders and listening to the beautiful songs played by the PolyEssence Band.
They have a giant selection of beers and was fun to taste a few of them before settling on the beers and ciders we picked for the evening.
We enjoyed some pretzels and some popcorn while we hung out listening to the band. The service was patient and attentive.
The decor is eclectic adding to the character of the brewery!
We’ll be back when we’re in Tarpon Springs!!

One of my favorite places in Tarpon Springs. It has an ambience. Indoor and outdoor seating. The food is absolutely amazing and the craft cocktails and beer are on point. Karaoke is awesome too!

Cool staff. Cool patrons. Cool spot. But as a “nitpick” friends and I agree the char. Board as listed on menue does a disservice to the place due to expecting to be served on a board but comes out as a grade school lunchable. Not a deal breaker. Had to add that. Still recommend and love the place and everything else about it.
