In town for a wedding last weekend- our family of 4 ate here for lunch. Food was AMAZING!! My kids ordered the large burger…it was massive with a bakery bun just as big! I had a stack of pancakes that were not only big enough to take home for the next morning- but they were the best pancakes I’ve ever had in a restaurant! My husband’s food was great as well! Service was super friendly and fast… great atmosphere in the restaurant! Will definitely be back if ever back in the area!!

Came in through the front with my two kids, no one working said hi as we walked passed them to the back. One server had to flag our server down to greet us and after she took our order we didn’t see her again. The server that took over brought our food minus the sides for the kids meal, had to wait for those. Never asked how the food was (it was fine, nothing special with a crispy chicken sandwich and a grilled cheese) and brought our check the next time she came around. Needed a refill, would have liked another ranch. The girl bussing tables and ringing tickets was the friendliest promptest one in the building.

Went here with a friend that is from the area. Got breakfast. Everything came up fast and fresh. Waiting was very nice. I had the biscuits and gravy and it was very good. Cool place. Neat decor! Sorry, I forgot to take pics of the meal. It came up fast and I was hungry.

Really enjoyed my meal at Kunkel’s Korner Restaurant yesterday! The place is in an old downtown building with a neat, rustic atmosphere. Food was ready in 5 minutes, tasted delicious! Not expensive, either, and my waiter was very nice. Five stars all the way!

Winter hours vary see photo. Very nice waitress. Has that old west rustic feel but very clean. Ice water good . Coffee not too strong not weak I enjoyed it by itself . Only $1.99 not bad usually the drinks gauge you. Friendly folks . Hints of the innocence of yester years and here are some photos and menu. They have morning special for only $5. A must see and enjoy a little slice of heaven. Will definitely be returning for their perch fry n Friday night! Yummy

Stopped in for breakfast food was really good however the service was a bit lackluster… waitress didn’t leave a straw and brought out a big cup of apple juice to a 6 year old… when food arrived she set it down and walked away never asked if se needed anything else… no syrup… no coffee refills… never stopped to check on us… she would throw a long distant quick glance but as soon as I would try to get her attention she would look away or turn and do something else… if she’s new she definitely needs to learn to be a bit more attentive to the customers… I’ve worked food service before and it’s real easy to miss something but always check to make sure everything is ok… some people won’t say anything to the wait staff they go home and write nasty reviews… other than that if I’m ever in Kewaunee again I’d still stop by for something to eat thanks!!
