We were really impressed with both the food and service. Hot freshly baked chips and salsa were a nice starter, I enjoyed the spicy salsa, it really had some kick to it. My wife had seafood enchiladas and said they were excellent. My burrito had a beautiful presentation and immense flavor to match.
We ate on the porch and they have a lovely ambience with neat lighting and lots of space. We definitely plan to visit again, prices were reasonable around $15 a plate for dinner.

Everyone has different expectations when it comes to Mexican food. I personally love their food and many choices. It’s always served hot and quickly. I’ve been here many times and have not been disappointed. It may be too mild for some. They have outdoor seating that is covered and a sports bar. I would recommend it for my taste. I love the lively artwork carvings on each of the booths and the chairs. I’ve attached one from last night but they are all different.

I ordered a pick up to go order of three different meals. The chimichanga meal barely had any shredded beef in it. It was mostly fried tortilla. The fish tacos looks like one taco and the two combo plate (I got tamale and burrito) did not look like the picture. So disappointed. The taste was like Filbertos. I love Mexican food, so this was disappointing. The fish taco needed flavor or even just salt. It was not good overall. Better taste and more generous with preparations at Taco Gyro and Su Casa Grande. Anyas to go service was fast. But I would have waited for better quality food, so I do not recommend. This is my grandparents’ favorite Mexican restaurant. I was visiting my grandparents whom are locals from out of town with my parents and son. The food is really good. You get complementary chips and a choice between 2 salsas, mild and spicy, I think we got both. They were pretty good, I loved the spicy one and basically filled up on that and a non-alcoholic margarita. I got the steak fajitas. It was a huge portion with rice, beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and warm tortillas. All of which were delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful; everything was seasoned very well. I took a lot of it home, and it made for great leftovers the next day. My son got a burrito, which he really enjoyed. Everyone at the table loved their dish. There was some confusion when my Grandma was ordering. She said she wanted the Mexican pizza but was pointing at another item on accident reading about the sauce, so it naturally confused the waitress. My grandma was brought the dish she was pointing at. She asked the waitress about it, the confusion was cleared up, and the waitress brought the Mexican pizza right away. The waitress was very gracious in handling that situation that was an accident by my grandma, and I appreciated it a lot. The staff was all very kind and friendly. I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant. The decor celebrates the vibrancy of Mexican culture through its colorful hand-painted chairs and festive atmosphere. The restaurant is very cozy and eye catching, I felt like I spotted something new every time I looked around. If you want a beautiful, artsy, Mexican atmosphere with great Mexican food, I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s clean, great staff, great food and great environment.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Anaya’s Mexican Restaurant. The ceviche had absolutely no flavor — it was basically just a bowl of lime juice. I tried adding salt and pepper, but it didn’t help at all.
The guacamole was very expensive for what you get and honestly wasn’t even that good. The salsa was also strange — it was sweet, which I’ve never experienced before, and I’ve had a lot of different salsas. It just didn’t taste right.
The shrimp quesadillas were another letdown. Each slice only had about one shrimp, which is unacceptable for the price.
The only thing I actually enjoyed was the mango margarita.
Overall, the food quality did not match the high prices. For how expensive everything was, I expected much better flavor and portions. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience and not somewhere I’d rush back to.

Me and my husband order the same meal for pick up on Fridays for years.lol Their chicken fajitas are super flavorful. What really makes this place special through is Jose the manager. He is always busy running around making sure everything and everyone is good. A couple times they may have missed something with our order but Jose always makes it right he knows us by name, number, and order and is the reason we always come back. Thank you!

Delicious authentic Mexican food! We had the steak/chicken combo fajita plate -comes with rice and beans. Will return next time we are in Casa Grande. Strawberry daiquiri was perfect!

I always have to come here when I’m in the usa. Cause mexican food in italy isn’t great lol. (I live in Italy and I’m not a fan of Italian food. I grew up eating mexican, and Asian food. So I’m happy to be back in the usa to have such a varity.)
My husband loves this restaurant too when he comes with me. His first time trying mexican food was at this restaurant. I’ll make a few small dishes in italy. But I can’t get the cheese I need and I have the hand make sour cream. As it’s not common in italy.
