Came here on the recommendation of a random person that we met at a bar in Portsmouth. Can’t wait to come back! Everything that we ate was incredibly delicious! The lamb Adana was flavorful and succulent and the falafel platter did not disappoint. The lavash bread was delicious definitely the star as the presentation is quite unique. And everything was reasonably priced!

Def will return for another visit!
Highly recommend the cold appetizer platter and bread for a “small” bite (the bread is HUGE). They also had a doner kebap not listed on the menu which was a nice touch of nostalgia for me. Baklava was unfortunately not super crispy but I’m guessing they make these fresh in the morning and it gets “mushy” over the course of the day?
Personally wasn’t a fan of the first two of the white wines but eager to try others.
Service was very attentive and amicable! Super awesome folks.
Thought the decor and theme was a bit odd… Turkish and Mediterranean food in a place still decorated with old train stuff.

Super authentic Turkish spot Anatolia in Somersworth, NH, came highly recommended by a foodie group I’m in — & I’m so glad I went! The menu & photos immediately caught my eye, & since I was in Maine for the weekend, I made the trip. Tucked behind a building near the train tracks, this hidden gem had the perfect ambiance. Yagmur behind the bar took great care of me and offered some amazing suggestions. I started with warm lavash bread (over a foot wide!) & hummus, then had the kofte kebab with rice & Turkish mashed potatoes — everything was seasoned to perfection. I ended the meal with a traditional Turkish coffee, the perfect finish to an incredible meal. Definitely a must-visit! ✨

Before I start my review, food was good no doubt. But, a big time CHEATERS!!!! My bill was $36, tipped $4, and rounded it off to $40.
My credit card bill says $60. No response from restaurant!!!!
We bought a lot of food and split the bill. The pita was huge and definitely needs to shared between 5people.
Highly recommend for the food, but be careful. I hope they read this review and contact me for the refund talks.
I am happy to comeback again for the food!

We had a very enjoyable dinner. Lentil soup was flavorful. Cheese rolls were good and unique to Turkish cuisine. Lamb kebabs were prepared as perfect medium rare with flavorful sides. Baklava dessert served as three small pieces was perfect for sharing. The flat bread serving was delicious and generous, enough for six people to share. The service was attentive. The restaurant is located in an old train station so it has an old fashioned charm with old stones and bricks exposed.

Had a craving for Middle Eastern food and ended up at Anatolia—definitely an exotic find. I tried their beef sheesh kebab and lamb saute. The kebab was my favorite, while the saute could have been a bit more tender. Overall, it was a lovely evening.

Out on a scouting trip for new restaurants to try. I don’t know much about Turkish cuisine so can’t comment of their authenticity but the food was excellent, flavorful, and plentiful. Planning to go back in a couple of weeks with friends.
I had the kibbeh appetizer and lamb sautée for lunch.

This restaurant is amazing. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is great! The old train station vibe is very cool. I would drive back to NH from PA just for the lavash bread and haydari – it is that good!!!
