I was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great. I felt very comfortable. The bartender worked very hard. Staff seemed harmonious. The only thing I didn’t like is that they added a 20 % tip automatically on my $16.99 order. I told her she should talk to “them” about not doing that. honestly I had prepared to give the bartender a $10 tip cause I admired how hard she was working. Well — the $3.20 tip they mandated I pay — I just added another $2— couldn’t do the $10 cause that did bother me. Hopefully some adjustments will be made.

We dined in since we had some family come in from out of town, and they wanted to eat somewhere that was close to where we would all be visiting our grandmother afterwards. I have heard of this place and have been meaning to try it out, so I was excited to visit.
Unfortunately, our visit left me feeling very disappointed. We all ordered a variety of dishes, most of which fell flat in flavor and execution. A few things that were wrong with our orders included: pad see ew was watery, although the flavor was good. Pad see ew is not supposed to be watery, rather the sauce is tossed in at the end and then kind of caramelized to the noodles, leaving zero liquid behind. It was also weird because my pad see ew was sweet and savory, but my mom’s was very salty. We both ordered the beef, so nothing different at all. My sister’s volcano chicken was cloyingly sweet. The beef larb had large pieces of tripe in it, (we know it can be made with tripe, depending on different cultures but did not expect it since it was not mentioned on the menu), the Lao Sausage was almost inedible due to the very large chunks of pig skin in it, we had to dissect each piece to take the skin out, which was about 50% of the sausage, the sticky rice is not your traditional sticky rice, more like a purple sticky rice that is similar in Vietnamese xoi or used different kinds of Asian desserts. The larb is a “salad” but it should definitely be served with white rice, otherwise it is way too salty and pungent.
I asked my other relatives how their pad thai was and they said it was good, however I do not know how familiar they are with pad thai, as to what to compare it to.
The two ladies that were working were nice (one younger and one older), the place is big and decorated well but unfortunately, the food missed the mark for us.

I was invited by MKE DINNER ASSOCIATION to a networking event at this location. The food is authentic to their truth taste.
Each dish is catered with love and you can tell.
The meat was juicy and falling off the bone, just delicious.
Their drinks are crisp & fresh.
I can’t wait to come back to try their pho on the weekends.
Perfect for large groups.

Absolutely stunning inside. We had great, fast, and attentive service! The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely authentic Thai. Featured is the Volcano Chicken and Green Curry. They offer Happy Hour Specials and the crab Rangoon made fresh daily! We also had an awesome Gin & Pomegranate cocktail which was made perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolute phenomenal Pho. If you’re a Pho snob, this is the place to come! My husband andI have had pho oversea, on the west coast, San Francisco and Chicago. This DOES NOT disappoint. $10 HUGE bowl of pho on Sunday. Our server was 10/10. Everyone was so unbelievably nice. If you’ve been searching… this is where it’s at!

The food was good, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the terrible service we received. Walking in, no one greeted us. We stood at the entrance for about 5-10 minutes before the waiter popped up out of no where and told us to seat ourselves. They had one waiter for the entire dining room and he clearly was not managing it very well because he was non-existent and running around constantly. Food came out pretty quickly. After that, our waiter didn’t check up on us anymore. After we finished our food, we waited 30 minutes for our waiter to check on us so we could ask for our check. Finally, we got so tired of waiting that we just went up to the register to pay for our bill so we could leave. The waiter, who was an old guy with colored contacts, didn’t even apologize for us waiting so long for our check.

Food is yummy, a lot of foods I would only typically only eat at home and don’t often see at restaurants so was really interested to try their take. Also lots of nostalgia there! Gives the feeling of eating over at a friends house and having their mom’s home cooking. Doesn’t taste like how my parents make it but still good. Also the portions are huge, we definitely ordered more than we could eat, but have leftovers for the next day. Wanted to try so much but was so full unfortunately.
Also charges a 20% service fee for all groups, there’s a big sign in the entrance so if this bothers you might want to reconsider. Also additional 3% fee for credit card; bring cash to avoid that.

This was definitely not what I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised. Me and my buddy were looking for a new pho place and saw this place had many interesting options. We went on a Sunday and walked into a sign for $10 pho! It was a few more to add ox tail but otherwise pretty reasonable. I liked the base, it had lots of flavor. The only thing I didn’t like was it seemed the meat was precooked and was pretty tough and chewy. Overall I was happy with it and would like to try more options. I also had some Crab rangoons that were out of this world! They had a nice balance of everything and the most important part, they had a fantastic crunch to them. The atmosphere is pretty unique, they have lots of space and it seems like they have a dance floor. They had a DJ at the time I was in but they had a bags tournament going as well. If you are looking for quiet this was not it. Might be during regular dinner hours but the weekends seem lively. I’ll definitely come back to try more options!

Good customer service, atmosphere cute and had nice set up.
Food was ok. The pho was very bland and had no flavor and tasted like beef paste but very light and watery. The portion size was good and they weren’t shy on the meat. Egg rolls were mediocre, papaya was very basic.
Will pass on this place if I was in town again.
They also have a 10% service fee for all order.

First time trying An Ox .
The food was made fast. The gentleman who took my order was pleasant.
Most of all the quality of food was fantastic and very tasty
Can’t wait to try out more menu items. The Basil Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon was delicious. I also have a cup of the Tom Ka Coconut soup I’ll save that one for tomorrow.
