Been driving past Amy’s for years and finally stopped in. Staff was super friendly and patient as we read through the huge menu with incredibly creative options to typical breakfast favorites. My wife got her old standby, a ham and cheese omelet but I had to try the ‘Space Cakes’ omelet which had kielbasa, cheese and a bunch of other stuff in a potato pancake stuffed omelet. Both were very good. The hash browns were fresh, not super soft and had big chunks of peppers and onions. Not to everyone’s taste, probably, but I loved them. Maybe could have been a little more caramelized? Fresh coffee kept on coming. People who know me know I have a weird theory that you can immediately tell how good a diner is by the number of jelly flavors in the little rack on the table. Amy’s maxed out with four, plus an extra point because one was marmalade. A little pricy at $45 for two people but we will absolutely go back, next time we are in the neighborhood.

Traveling around and found this place. Have to say its a cool looking diner with an old school vibe. Greeted right away , waitress is great but have to say for the price…. this breakfast is lacking. Large portions does not mean excellent taste. Bland no spice. Wife ordered an omelet with hot cherry peppers and was weak. I ordered one with fresh jalapeño and pork roll. I added salsa to it and didn’t do anything for me. Had to put lots of hot sauce on it. Cool place but would rather an egg McMuffin.

Jenna was our server and a pleasant surprise! Knowledgeable about the history of the building, the company and the menu. I ordered the epic combo, chicken cutlet, 2 eggs, home fries and a half of waffle. Chicken cutlet was slightly over cooked but Still tasty. I also ordered biscuits and gravy to share with my sons and a side of sausage. They serve the big links like you would get in the diners years ago, so good! The menu is huge! Lots to choose from and you won’t leave hungry! coffee and several warm ups too! Definitely going back even though it’s a 35 minute drive, it’s worth it!

The old adage “The more items there are on the menu, the less likelihood of any single item being great” certainly applies here. For a diner with Omelette in the name, their omelette was disappointingly mediocre. Dry, no flavor and over cooked, but absolutely huge. At $28 for an omelette coffee and juice, I’ll pass. And you should too.

This was my first time here. The food and service were good. It was a calm and peaceful atmosphere..it is and old diner so it feel like you went back into the 50’s or 60’s but I enjoyed the food and service so I would come back.

Amy’s Diner was a complete disappointment. The food was so bad it literally went to waste — nothing on my plate was worth eating. The mac and cheese was watery, the eggs were slimy and sticky, and even the fruit tasted old and spoiled. The tables were so cramped that everyone felt jammed together. And the bathrooms? Terrible. I’m an active male and could barely fit in there — even the ladies’ room was tiny too! The place is way too expensive for food this awful, and I left with a stomach ache afterward. The only good thing was the service, but that can’t save a place this bad. Don’t come here!

NO Gluten-Free or Gluten-Sensitive items noted on the menu. Only omelets and egg dishes are on the schedule for me here. Meanwhile, Sue had blueberry pancakes with extra blueberries on top, accompanied by turkey bacon. Great! I had the Florence Omelet (spinach, roasted red peppers, Italian sausage, and Wet Mozzarella!), mmm, mmm, good. We sat in the old style rounded roof dining car section of the restaurant, which was pretty cool.
