We were very disappointed when we got this from the Bear location. We actually love Amore pizza and pasta dishes, but we just happened to be on Route 71 and decided to stop there. I cannot believe that they burnt the pizzas and they think that is okay to serve it to customers. SMH

Their Pizza is amazing. It gives that traditional new york taste. All the flavors rushed into my mouth at the same time. I could keep eating this pizza and not get tired of it. Their fries are also really good. They are very crunchy and flavor is really good. They give a good portion for the price and it can be shared between 2-3 people. The delivery driver was really nice. Our pizza got there efficiently, hot, and ready. There customer service in general is really good. I really like this place and will defiantly be ordering from there again.

After years of being a customer they have lost me. The food quality has been declining. This afternoon I ordered a chicken gyro ( it looks terrible and is missing the sauce)We also ordered a cheese pizza that arrived cold. I called to complain about the chicken gyro was told I could get store credit or wait for awhile as they are now busy. So the restaurant messes up the order and I need to wait longer for a new and improved gyro. I ended up having to be rude which is not like me in other to get a full refund instead of a credit. Very disappointed!!!

Normally have a good experience here and I don’t really post reviews but I ordered my food as soon as they’re online orders opened at 10am, because I had to leave for work at 12:30, it’s currently 11:30 and my food is ready to be delivered but hasn’t left the store yet. Over an hour and a half for my food, I just want to be able to eat it before I leave. I really like their food, but the estimated delivery time should be updated more frequently or something. Don’t promise food at one time, only to deliver it a half hour to hour later

Mmm pizza and wings were bussing. You know it’s good when the cooks in the back are playing Vicente Fernandez getting that good seasoning in. Every time we stop by here, it’s a hit. We really enjoy coming here, great spot.

Going into the store is a good experience staff is friendly, but ordering delivery is another story. They have delivered to my job before but this time they must have had someone new because he didn’t know where the building was. I was standing outside in the rain for my order trying to navigate their employee to the front of the building. He stated instead he would be taking my order back to the store, so I called the manager hoping to get someone who knew where they were going instead he told me I was lying about where I was at. Needless to say, I got my money back and let my company know not to order from them anymore. Horrible customer service
