This place is just awesome! I went in to pick up my order and the whole staff was eating together like a big happy family. They take great pride in what they do and how they do it. Oh yea, they have the best Sicilian pie I have ever had. I’m a NYC pizza guy too. You cannot go wrong with this gem!

I’ve been coming here for the better part of 3 years. The food choices are fantastic. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. When I walked in the restaurant was slammed. When they said around 45 minutes for my pizza I understood that it may take a bit longer as I saw the amount of tickets they had lined up. Even though it took an extra 10 minutes it’s worth the wait. For the folks who were annoyed there food took longer, there are worse things going on in the world than your food taking an extra 15+ minutes for hot fresh food. There are plenty of places where you can get processed food that comes out of a microwave if that’s what you want. You chose to get your food from here for a reason. Be patient and polite that they are working hard to get your food out to you as fast as they can.

Stopped in for the first time today while I was out working in the area.
Got a cheesesteak. It was delicious and if you ask me, the bread can make or break a sandwich and theirs was out of this world.
Went up to the counter and ordered. Sat down and they brought it over to me. Everyone was friendly. Went at an oddball time in the afternoon, so I had the place to myself.

The best pizza in the entire Central PA area! Not kidding at all! The family is so kind every time we go in, and they were very accommodating when placing a bigger order for a party. The food is consistently great, and I love to support Amore whenever I can.

I ordered my calzone without green peppers but were added in. They offered to make me a new one, but I accepted their offer of a free cannoli. I made the right choice. Food was very good, but seating was a bit tight.

We had a beautiful dinner at Amore & I can’t recommend it enough. The pizza was delicious! Fresh toppings & generous amounts. The house salad we got was huge & the perfect starter. The staff is so friendly & courteous, the outdoor seating is cozy & the atmosphere is 10/10. BYOB is awesome too because we were able to bring our own wine to pair perfectly with our pizzas (convenient too because it’s right across from Springate). Fellas, take your lady here on a date night!! Can’t wait to return!!

Amore Pizza in Mechanicsburg PA is the closest you will get to a New York pie. You ask him to put a little color on the bottom and you got a New York slice. Don’t forget to try the pepperoni puffs for the New Yorkers. You’ll call it a pepperoni pinwheel also ask for a little color on it.

Was looking for a cheesesteak on a drive across the state about two years ago and found this place. From the moment I walked in the door, the owner made me feel welcomed. Told me he bakes the bread in the store. Let me just say that Cheesesteak is absolutely delicious. The bread so soft and not too doughy. It’s just perfect. Pizza is amazing also. I’ve now stopped here 3 times over the last two years while driving across the state and I’ve been very satisfied every time. It’s my go to when I’m anywhere near the area.
