Excellent food, great service and very reasonable price. They bring salsa chips and 3 dips to start. We ordered a combo texmex stir-fry and a chicken enchilada. Margaritas are .99 on Wednesdays and delicious. We come here often. Never disappointed.

Great restaurant for Mexican or Cuban cuisine. Fun atmosphere. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it! We were there for a birthday & had a large party. Our waitress was amazing. The moment my wife sat down she took our drink orders. The House Margaritas were $5 with a great size, delicious flavor & they didn’t skimp on the tequila! We’ve never been here and definitely look forward to going back!

Nope, just nope. Not authentic, reheated, old ingredients. Chicken was not fresh and had an odd taste. When my enchiladas came out with 2 melted slices of cheese, I knew I had messed up. Horchata was good. Waitress was nice

Went to the one congress about a year ago and found a roach in the rice. Decided to give it another chance and come back to the one on Okeechobee today and had some visitors at the table. Manger didn’t bother to come to the table to apologize. Probably why there was literally no one there when we sat down.

Cute atmosphere. We had take out but would of definitely been better eating there. Shells were soggy from being in the to go container.
But everything had great flavor. Definitely some of the better beans I’ve had at a Mexican place.

We are regular customers of this restaurant and have never been treated so poorly.
We arrived at this restaurant and were informed that we could sit anywhere. The waitress brought menus and never returned. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us to place our order. Servers brought food & drinks to other tables around us yet no one addressed us. We decided that we will not accept this type of treatment and decided to leave. Once I left, I called to speak with a manager; but Melissa (she wears eyeglasses) (not sure if this is her name)informed me that there wasn’t a manager on site and they didn’t remember that we were there. The servers are ridiculous!! They stood around talking and not being mindful of the customers.

Wednesday is a perfect day to try Amigos! They have $.99 regular Margaritas! Super tasty and beyond its worth! The black bean dip was very good along with the less spicy and “spicy” salsas. The tacos are flavorful & filling. The carnitas (pork;) were very good. Claudia provided great service! Definitely give Amigos a try if you’re in the area.

I’ve been here quite a few times over the years. I get their Cuban sandwich pretty much every time. The last 2 times I went have not been good. The bread was really crispy and would fall apart when you bit into it. They cut way back on the meat portions of the meat. The food used to be really good here but lately it has not been. Maybe dinner time is better than lunchtime. I’ve only gone for lunch.

Not a bad quick option for a lunch if you’re thinking Cuban. The rice and beans were very good, and the sweet plantains were also pretty good. The steak needed some work, it was a little tough and overcooked. Also the Flan was not the best. I did enjoy the cortadito though. All in all, an ok experience but not the best Cuban spot. I may return if in the area for lunch.
