Jesus needs and deserves a HUGE raise! He is the best server ever!
I mentioned my Pork allergy and he was so attentive to check menu & ask chefs and made perfect suggestions, thank you so much!!
This place gets 5 stars – but actually deserves double that!
Jesus made the best table side guacamole and asked before adding the salt how much we wanted! He is a treasure to this establishment!!!
The 32 oz Margarita was super tasty & not too much salt on rim or ice In glass! Highly recommend!
Fajitas for 2 ( Sin all Pork ) were just perfect – extremely highly recommend- graciously thank the chef for fine cooking!
Generous with chips and salsa ( which is becoming rare in good Mexican restaurants! ) and we love authentic HOT sauce & they provided…. We ate 2 servings of this… it was super tasty!
Over all – 10 Stars!
Clean bathrooms, cleaned menus (hate when ya get them with drips salsa all over them)… excellent service. Plenty of free parking & excellent location!
We will be back!
Thanks a million for an excellent time Jesus, you are a Rock Star in our book!!
Strike #1 No beer on tap, Strike #2 store bought chips, what a let down. Strike #3 Unfortunately came with a shift change. We started off with one really nice young lady as our waitress. She came by the table and said she was leaving and another waitress would finish serving us, but they never showed up.
The food: I had the chicken- Enchiladas Verde. They were moist and had good flavor. My son had the Steak Burrito Gordo, it was very good. But the plate looked unfinished. My husband had the Cartnitas Tacos, which unfortunately very dry and the plate looked unfinished.
Impressions: Not to say that everything was bad. It just could have been better with little effort. People always take everything in with their eyes first. First impressions and all that, yada yada yada. I would just say, put a little more effort into it. You have a great location, right on the main drag in the heart of LaBelle. This is your restaurant, make it so. Make each plate meet your standards before it leaves the kitchen, appealing to your and your tastes, a tiny bit more effort could make you a remarkable restaurant.
Come Again? Of course, as I said, not bad. OK, chips were huge let down. But Modelo in the bottle is always good. The Burrito Gordo was good, as was my Enchiladas Verde. My son loved the bull on the front, we would go again.
We’ve been from Miami, Hialeah, Miramar, West Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie and now La Belle and the Mexican food here just sucks!
First off this place sells yellow store bought tortilla chips with a salsa that seems to be a staple canned salsa served all over Florida! Not even that is fresh! If you want Pico de Gallo, they will charge you!
The shrimp enchiladas were basically tortillas rolled up with shrimp inside no cheese, no sauce in the inside and barely any cheese on the outside. When you go to cut into it even with your fork, it just falls apart because there’s nothing inside to hold the shrimp to the tortilla so it’s like a flat tire. I’ve never in my wildest dreams whatever ever imagine even a white person cooking enchiladas like this.
We ordered a side of guacamole. It was 799 for less than a quarter cup seriously like a garnish… had I known this? I would’ve not ordered it once it came to the table. It was too late. And it taste like frozen guacamole it didn’t even taste fresh. It must’ve been the store-bought kind as well.
The only thing semi-legit, not even the rice was legit, was the beans pretty close to legit but still not a winner. I’m so disappointed in FLORIDA and I’m so surprised because there’s so many Mexicans here where the heck did they learn how to cook?
I’m Cuban, but was raised on Mexican food, and my Mexican cooking is much better than all the restaurants I’ve had here in Florida. So disappointed in La Belle and that I’m out of $40 for lunch??????? Good thing hubby and I shared!
The food was excellent and we got exactly what we ordered. The prices are very reasonable. And I really love the building’s charm. We will absolutely go back.
Our sever Nina was amazing, but the food was bland and had no seasoning what so ever. The order of fries tasted old even my 2 year old spit it out. My shrimp quesadilla was edible but no seasoning on the shrimp and had a good amount of grease, wasn’t cut for me I had to cut it myself and the cheese looked like they slapped it together put the shrimp in and plated it. The chips and salsa tasted store bought. It tasted like something that came out of a can. The rice and bean were okay the beans had a different taste but again was edible now the tortillas are another thing too rubbery like store bought tortillas not a good thing. Had high hope but definitely won’t come back
Update: the owner is obviously something else and doesn’t respond well to bad reviews. there is nothing mexican about this place so please stay away. I repeat everything was horrible if you don’t believe me just look at the reviews that’s what I should have done.
different dishes & all were wonderful & ready really fast.
Great service & friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Love
this place!
I wonder if it was because I didn’t tip on the take out? Waiters and servers I tip well not cashiers.
