HELPING HANDS
The food is overpriced. I ordered a deep dish pizza and received something with the exact thickness as a Little Caesars Hot And Ready (for $25). And yes, I had a Little Caesars Hot n Ready in hand to make the comparison. I’m the photo there is the hot and ready and the “deep dish” you tell me which is a deep dish.

We have been ordering from Amicci’s for over 15 YEARS. When the pizza is made the way you order it, it is the best pie around! Sadly, the odds of getting what you ordered continue to be surprisingly unlikely and have been for years (even WELL before the pandemic).
More times than not (no exaggeration – MORE times than NOT), the pizza arrives missing SOMETHING. Today it was missing mushrooms (as pictured). Extra pizza Sauce was also invoiced but the pizza arrived dry and had hardly any sauce on it (which is why we make sure to order EXTRA).
The mushroom addition was a $2 upcharge on the extra-large and there was NO mushroom on the pizza.
You’ll see a lot below about wanting to do better and wanting to call and ‘make it right’, but from our experience, it’s just lip service. If they truly wanted to satisfy the customer, they would MAKE THINGS RIGHT the FIRST time. Serving since 1982, they’ve had DECADES to employ a system that ensures pizzas are built to customer specifications. No one wants a discount or free pizza for the NEXT TIME they are hungry, they want to make the CURRENT situation better by offering to REMAKE and REDELIVER the order (I have YET to hear anyone get offered a redeliver).
You cannot upcharge a customer for a topping that doesn’t get delivered and refuse to compensate the customer for the missing topping – that’s called theft.
You want to know a good place to start? Refund the mushroom topping of $2 back to my AMEX ending in 82000. Order #84 on 09/29/2022.
I will be HAPPY to post an update as to whether or not that happened on my next review…
UPDATE – The manager did reach out, was super polite, professional, and issued a partial chargeback. We are hopeful that future orders will be double checked for accuracy.

We went to Nancy a whiskey’s one night to meet up with friends. Their kitchen was closed. It was suggested r to order Amicci’s Pizza. Wow. Their pizza was the bomb!! It was a huge pizza and fed our entire group. The crust was soft and so so yummy. Can’t wait to try different things on their menu! Yum!!

To the crew that was working at 10pm today… incredible job. Wish I knew y’all’s names so I could shout you out. Great experience, and I haven’t had a pizza that good in a long time, and I eat pizza all the time.

Been a long time since I’ve found a spot that gave me food worth my money. Everything seems to be shrinking, but the price. The deals here are definitely reasonable. The pizza here is pretty good. I ordered the XL Cheese Pizza w/ Garlic Butter Crust & Butter-Parm All Over as well as an XL Pepperoni.

I am not a huge fan of pizza overall. However, my brother-in-law suggested this place during a family outing, and I was floored by the quality, texture, and taste of this pizza. I highly recommend this place. I had a deep dish pizza with everything on it. Top-tier and hands-down, the best pizza I’ve ever had in the state of Michigan.

I was in town and decided to stop by. Their cheese bread was as good as ever. Probably one of the best ranch I’ve ever had.

Disappointed. I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken alfredo. Not only did they get half of my order wrong but they quoted me the wrong price. When I went to eat the chicken alfredo, all it was was noodles covered in mozzarella cheese and chicken. No sauce at all. I am pretty sure you need alfredo sauce to make chicken alfredo. I honestly just want my money back because this was not what I paid for. In the picture it is not sauce that you see but dried mozzarella cheese.

Went in for 2 cheese slices. Absolutely disgusting. The pizza seemed to be rushed. Very doughy and sauce was gross. Leaving a very unpleasant after taste. I will never return for pizza here

I asked the price for the smallest pizza I could get with three toppings. They said thirteen dollars and some change. I asked if there was any specials, etc. As I didn’t really want to spend thirteen dollars. They said there’s a personal pizza with three toppings for $5.25. That’s what I ordered. Isn’t a personal pizza the smallest I can get? If I would have said nothing I would have paid over $13.00 for the smallest pizza I could get. Got to love retail these days. Just throw your money into the wind.
