Appeared to be a family owned business the staff communicated well with each other and both the waitress and the owner/manager where attentive and polite. Food came out fairly quickly only a few minutes after ordering. They visited the table regularly yet allowed you to taste the food. I had the omelet it was made with real scrambled eggs not an egg beater, the toppings were not folded in the egg but on top. The hash browns were crispy and fully cooked and the bread seemed home made.

Ordered the French toast meal. The scrambled eggs was actual eggs, not the egg beater liquid eggs. We did not have to wait long for our food. It looks like it’s a family owned restaurant, our coffees were constantly refilled and never had to wait for more coffee.

America’s Kitchen is a gem in Galveston. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The restaurant was spotless and very clean, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really value their customers and take pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back!

A cute nice hole in the wall breakfast and dinner place! I got the Belgium waffles with a side of grits. A nice simple and very good fulfilling breakfast for me. The waffles have a nice surprise of sugar clumps mixed within.

America’s Kitchen is the BEST breakfast in Galveston!! The eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly! The biscuits were fresh, buttery goodness and the sausage links were amazing! The highlight had to be the waffles that my husband ordered which had some kind of crunchy sugar crystals in them and were the best ever!! The owner came out and personally talked to us which was really nice. Out waitress was also very friendly and efficient! We will definitely be back here on our next visit!
