Worst chain I’ve been to for ABW,
fried food is soggy, the Sauces all taste cheap (ketchup, hotsauce, blue cheese)
The batter on the fish is not good. Fish not fried well.
Buffalo wings are very basic. Chicken does not taste fresh.

Very bright and clean upon walking in. I was politely greeted. The counter person was patient and nice. They have a nice extensive menu. This was ny first time here. Food was good and they give you alot. I had the philly cheese steak sub combo. My friend had a buffalo chicken sub she said was good. Overall a good experience the only thing i would change is maybe turn the AC up a little i was getting kinda warm in there lol next time i want to try the wings.

The place doesn’t look that clean and we’ll kept. Walked in and stood waiting for 5 mins. for someone to come to the front. Ordered a “lamb” gyro but I DO NOT believe that was lamb. Not to mention it was the tiniest gyro I’ve ever seen and the only thing on it was onions and tomatoes. It tastes like something you heat up in the microwave in a little plastic bag. Will NEVER eat there again. A waste of a whole $9.53

It’s dirty they’re rude and they NEVER have celery for the wings even tho the menu says it comes with it. I also ordered an extra ranch that I paid for and they told me it wasn’t ordered. It’s the worst ABW ever idk how they are still in business I have given them a few chances but I’ll find another ABW to get my wings

Going into this America’s Best Wings, I was a little suspicious. I waited at the counter for a while before someone came from the back, and honestly the place itself didn’t have a great atmosphere. The ice machine was also out of ice, so that was kinda saddening. When my order was finished the guy opened the container, showed me the food, and asked if everything looked fine. I didn’t necessarily mind this, although I have to wonder if they get complaints often that would lead them to do that?
Well thankfully, my worries ended with the food. The wings were actually really good, better than ones I’ve gotten at other ABW before. They were fried really nice, and if you like crispy wings you’d probably be pretty happy with them. I guess for me personally, if I wanted to get wings from ABW, I would want them like they were with this experience.

So disgusting. I found an EYELASH on one of my french fries. i’ve found hair on my wings from my past orders as well. pls wear hair nets AND please be more SANITARY.

No one came to the counter after a gentleman and myself was standing there for a few minutes. The gentleman yelled before anyone came from the back. The 2 employees wasn’t friendly they never made eye contact only asked did you call in. The area where the condiments are was disgusting, sauce/ketchup everyone the salt container was clogged.
