The inside is not amazing, but the cashier was nice and helped me go through the options. I finally landed on the honey garlic and hot buffalo chicken wings. In addition I got the fried fish and French fries. The chicken wings were full and juicy but the fish could be better. The crinkle cut fries were a perfect addition to the meal and the soda was refreshing. I found myself craving chicken from here again, so I can definitely say this place is a good pick.

My husband ate here and got really sick I asked to speak with supervisor and nobody allowed me to speak with one told me to hold on and left out the back door. Also I’ve seen them dumpster dive. Probably why he got sick because it was the same day. And now they deny any kind of service because we told them he got sick after eating from there and had to go to the hospital because how badly he felt they refuse any kind of service from for us. This place has a hard time getting phone orders right, and this is PARTIALLY my fault for continuing to place orders over the phone with them even though I’ve also had issues in the past. Today, I ordered a catfish sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onion. They literally only put the onion on my sandwich, everything else is missing. You guys need to start reading back orders over the phone instead of rushing off to make sure you have customers orders correct!! Now I’m eating my food hours later after I’ve picked it up, and the place is closed. Ridiculous!! I’m very upset about this!

Ordered online, went to pickup dinner… they told me about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes then they said the order didn’t print out, what you want me to do. And it’ll be another 15 minutes for the order. Customer service has dropped recently. I will not be going back

I placed an order over the phone, providing my name and order details. After driving 15 minutes to pick it up, I was informed that my order was not in the system. Despite confirming the store’s phone number multiple times, I was met with a lack of apology and unprofessional attitude instead of a solution. I went in to get food at 9:30pm. Cashier took my order, there was two other people waiting for their food. I placed the order and left for about 15 mins then went back in to see if it was ready. I waited an additional 5 mins because they were giving a refund to the people who were waiting before me so by now it’s like 9:50pm. So I’m thinking this refund is just because the People don’t want the food anymore but then the cashier proceeds to tell me that they can’t make my order because they’re Closed so they will refund my food but mind you they close at 10. I’m confused on why they’re taking orders or even why their hours say 10 if they are supposedly “closed” at 9:30 when I placed my order. If I had come in like 10 mins before they closed, I could understand them not wanting to take my order but to take my order then have me wait 20 mins to tell me they can’t make my order because its too close to closing doesn’t make any sense. I used to love this place but probably won’t be going again after this.
