Great place and great staff, it was Valentines day we were a party of 8 service was very slow we were there just under 3hrs. This was our first time there and im not sure if they are just not use too that many people but that’s the only reason I may or may not go back but other wise, the place is clean and elegant atmosphere. The Staff were really nice and food was excellent. The muscles marinara was great just with it was a little larger, the eggplant parm was very good and a perfect portion.

I had to write this review in hopes it finds management. I absolutely loved ordering a small buffalo chicken pie from this spot. It was unique, but so delicious. Out of nowhere they scrapped the old, delicious buffalo chicken pizza, and in turn chopped up chicken cutlets and drizzled it with way too much hot sauce a blue cheese, in other words an entirely new buffalo chicken pizza. It’s honestly a heavy mess and it basically mimics every other buffalo chicken pie from every other pizza place. I am so disappointed because this pie was a weekly staple in our house. I hope this review finds ownership and you guys bring back the old method!! I still love you guys and I will always come in for dinner, but this is very, very disappointing…

Came here for my friend’s birthday and was excited to try it. I got the Penne Firenze which was good, but pretty salty. The waitress was nice, but the service was slow. I’d go back to try something different on the menu. Very packed inside so make reservations!

I come to Americanos for exactly that—whether it’s for a sit-down brunch or a late-night takeout order on a Thursday. While the food is excellent, the service is what keeps me coming back, specifically because of Nick.
I rarely say this about servers because few can meet my expectations, but Nick is truly in a league of his own. He is consistently patient, attentive, and goes out of his way to ensure you’re getting the absolute best experience. To the owner or manager: please give this man his flowers! I’ve been coming here long enough to tell you that he is, without a doubt, the best of the best.

Americano in Islip never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s consistently amazing every single time. Their short rib rigatoni is hands down one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. The pizza is also always incredible you can taste how fresh everything is.

Loved this restaurant/bar Hostess was very sweet ….i accidentally booked wrong month for my reservation it was no problem. Waitress also very attentive and provided suggestions and offered drink service while I waited for my friends to arrive .. I had the chicken and risotto and also shared the buffalo chicken pizza.. Food was delicious and hot and service was fast .. They also have a beautiful bar area with a great social atmosphere

Great food, wonderful service, and amazing atmosphere, what more could you ask for? We went on a busy Friday night and yet the staff were always attentive and getting us more drinks as needed. I highly recommend the margarita pizza with the vodka sauce. We devoured it right away! I will definitely be returning for that pizza.
