5 Star is hard to achieve in our world and American Japa Sushi at Millenia deserves it. They gave a la carte menu but we went for the all you can eat. We are Sushi lovers and we have tried a vast amount of sushi restaurants and this restaurant is the best by far. Starting with the service, Julia provided us with a VIP service, she recommended us the best possible items and we learned a lot from her. She was able to speak 3 or 4 different languages and her honesty and devotion to the service is amazing. The other guy, sorry I didn’t catch up his name was very amicable and professional too. I check out the kitchen and restrooms, they were clean and dressed. The food taste, presentation and speed delivery to our table won the 5 star every time we order. We will be back soon.

Absolutely loved this all-you-can-eat sushi spot! The food was very good and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is nicely designed, clean, and welcoming. One of the highlights for me was the real fruit juice made fresh on the spot — honestly delicious and a great bonus you don’t usually find at places like this.
Our server, Julia, did an amazing job helping us choose items from the menu and made the whole experience even better. Everyone working there was smiling, super friendly, and attentive.

It’s been open for about four years, but apparently management changed about six months ago — and it really shows. The new team is doing a fantastic job. The restaurant looks beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the food is absolutely worth every penny. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I now see why it has a 4.8 start rating! It should be 5 but, I guess nobody is perfect. First, I loved the vibe right when we walked in! We were greeted with a warm friendly smile, and seated right away! The food was unbelievably tasty! We ordered a few things that we knew. Then they kept bringing out recommendations to sample! The salmon melts like butter in your mouth! Everything was great! If I am ever in the area again, I’m certainly going to stop and eat there again! Honestly, if I could give higher than 5 stars, I WOULD!

This place is beautifully decorated and the service is great, but we were not impressed with the sushi and especially not the nigiri. It looks good, but does not taste good and the white fish was gross here. I will say it was totally worth it coming because of the Golden Ebi. That was delicious and the desserts were pretty good too.

My first experience at this place was fantastic. Each roll has a distinct personality. The flavors aren’t monotonous. It’s a great experience. The service was magnificent. The only downside is the temperature; the tables near the entrance are very hot.

The sushi rolls were so fresh I’m convinced they were swimming five minutes before they hit my plate. And the flavors? Let’s just say my taste buds filed a formal request to come back weekly.
The staff is so friendly they made me feel like I’ve been part of the family for years (the fun side of the family… not the side that argues at Christmas). They recommended a couple of special rolls, and honestly—10/10, I would blindly trust them with any life decision from now on.
