Just stopped by while travelling. We don’t have American Deli in our town. It was packed, we surprised to see that. The guy was nice to the customers, though he was in rush. The philly and rice was really good. But most people was getting wings. Interesting!! I’d love to come again sometimes.

These folks tried to give me old wings that been sitting on top of the stove for I don’t know how long. I tell the guy at the register before I ordered I want my food great I literally sat at the order counter to see if he was going to drop me some fresh chicken he didn’t so I asked for a refund he talking about I can’t get a refund. There policy say if you take your food outside the restaurant no refunds I didn’t even touch my food . He sit here and tell me that he can’t drop fresh wings. That is terrible customer service and disgusting.

I desperately need this location to understand that it is not DoorDash drivers’ job to make drinks for the orders we pick up. It is your job to have everything ready for pick up, to include drinks with the tamper-safe sticker on top. We are on a very strict time-crunch and being made to prepare drinks messes up our time. I make deliveries from other American Delis in surrounding cities and this is the only one that employees do not prepare drinks for customers.

I ordered a Cheesesteak and it took me 59 minutes to get it, and it wasn’t that busy. The food was cold and wasn’t good. If there are more than 3 people ahead of you in line… go to another restaurant. Unless, you have a couple hours to burn.

My sandwich looks like it was fished out of the toilet I was so excited to try to American Deli in Troy after having multiple good experiences with the one in Ozark this was my first order from the Troy location and it’s safe to say I won’t be back I have never been as disappointed with “food” in my entire life.
