First and last time ever going to this location. I usually go to the one in Atlanta on Gresham Rd, but I was in this area today. I should’ve just gone to Wendy’s or something. I actually didn’t do a drive thru because I also needed to use the restroom. However, they still have everything restricted like it’s 2020 when COVID first hit. No tables, no chairs, no bathroom access. It feels like really, they just want your money and then want you to immediately get out, not that they’re being pandemic safe. I had to use the bathroom at the QuikTrip across the street.. which was disgusting.

Obviously a drunk/ high person’s paradise. Wish I would’ve just listened to the reviews. The wings just ugh I guess if you’re hungry then get what you can. I asked for extra wet wings and literally just taste like more butter or oil was just thrown with it. My 4yr old is not picky at all, but when she refused these wings I was in shock. As well got a gyro and asked for no toppings and sauce on side. Came with everything on it and the Tzatziki sauce you can tell is resturant made, this recipe for the Tzatziki is just disappointing… Won’t waist my time again… J buffalo wings across the street by Walmart would’ve been worth the wait. Highly disappointed. First and last time here

I had an order via uber eats and the driver never showed and I called the place and the manager was very rude and did not show any compassion to my situation. I understand uber eats is a different company but the customer service could have been better and I love American Deli but this situation was very frustrating to me

The Chinese lady and the Chinese men in this establishment are racist, very very rude! A customer placed his order from the menu and it says that the combo is suppose to come with a soda and the rude lady said no drink is included so she continue to argue with the customer whom is very calm and soft spoken and she’s yelling and snarling like a rabid dog. As he continues to ask someone why is she acting this way and they all just ignored him as if he isn’t paying their salaries..I will never again order from these rude nasty people! Take your money to another company that appreciate their customers and have better customer service because these trashy people don’t.

I got a philly cheesesteak & lemon pepper wing combo. My wife asked the manager on the phone twice to put the wings in a separate container but she refused. My bun was SOAKED with lemon pepper juice. When I called afterwards, the worker said he would have separated them but there’s nothing he can do because of the manager.

Leave it up to Asians to expect that free labor. Door dash is only suppose to pick up orders, your job is to make sure everything is ready to go. Stop thinking we are suppose to fill the drinks and put whatever it is that needs to be put in the customers order for you. That’s not our job. Do your’s. Thxs
