This place was the perfect combination of friendly small town staff and delicious food. The waitress so super sweet and always checked in on my family.

Service is always good here and the food is pretty good. Loved their French toast, and they have French vanilla coffee creamer for your coffee which is always a plus in my book.

I came here on a Friday around 9:30 and the place was empty but by the time I left there were about 8 tables occupied. Half the people that came in the waiter asked if they wanted their normal order. Clear indication it is a local favorite. I had the county fried steak with grits and sunny side up eggs. The dish was overall pretty good, the steak was cooked perfectly and the grits were not runny. The waiter was very attentive and refilled my coffee and water. I’m definitely coming back.

Sunday I enjoyed a beautiful jalapeno and cheese sausage on beautifully fried potatoes with peppers and onions and cheese with an egg put on it too and I had two eggs put on it and roasted jalapeno. Beautiful presentation fresh. The service was great. This is my favorite breakfast place always fresh food. They also hard freshly made desserts but I was full.

If you have not yet wondered into this little place randomly yet, or just waiting for someone to recommend going.. this is it! Skip Denny’s over priced small serving,half hearted made food. Just behind it is American Cafe.. the breakfast options and price you can’t beat. The speed and friendly service is top notch! You must give this place a try especially if you like a good cheap breakfast. They even have a Spanish menu with authentic dishes!
