Staff is great, food was good, but the overall place needs some work. The hallway to the elevator has tile floors that need scrubbed, not steam cleaned, and there is a horrid smell there. The floors are the same inside the lounge too, need a power scrub. Some of the seats had stains on them. The staff cleaning up after visitor’s was doing a terrific job.

Very helpful staff at this location. The lady at the front desk on a recent visit proactively noticed that I was have with a delay that may cause an issue with my connection and she volunteered 2 alternate routings that would avoid the problem. I chose one of those 2 and was promptly handed new boarding cards with a smile. I didn’t request this and had not yet noticed that my flight was even delayed. Excellent service.

Fake military support. Only allow military in uniform which is not even authorized and inherently dangerous. Even while trailing overseas, told to go put a uniform on if I wanted to enter.

My wife now travels to DC weekly and the lounge is a highlight of her “commute” along with occasional upgrades. I was her “guest” on a recent non-work trip and I can see why. I’m going to start suspecting the security lines are really*not* why she needs to get to the airport 3 hours early

One of the better Admirals Club that I have been to in the country. The staff were all friendly and was diligent with the cleaning.
The food and drinks choices here are more limited in comparison to AA Flagship Lounges, but noticeably more offerings than the average Admirals Clubs elsewhere. The bathrooms were also recently renovated, which is always a plus.
Non alcoholic beverages are complimentary and alcoholic offerings are a la carte, requiring cashless payments.
What’s most important is that the front desk is very helpful, and more knowledgeable than some counter clerks in the airport. They spotted and helped me avoid an problem with a ticketting change that could had caused problems for my upcoming itinerary.

Nice Lounge. When I was there and I know it depends on the timing but there were plenty of places to sit. And as usual their coffee is fantastic.
