Clean, easy accessible parking on the Main Street. Very happy welcome when I entered the restaurant. You seat yourself wherever you want to sit. Waiter attended to my drink order within a couple of minutes, they have Coke Zero !!!
I chose the “small” lunch portion of fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and chicken added. There’s nothing small about it. It came in a bowl that felt like it weighed 3 pounds. Just a lot of good hot food. I also had the garlic knots 6/$3, they are about the size of plums. Served with marinara sauce. Surely was enough for 3 people at least. The restaurant is clean. The 80s music in the background isn’t overwhelmingly loud. Sports on the TVs at the front counter. Just super super nice, fast wait staff. Highly recommend!!!

OMG delicious, best food ever! Just had the spaghetti and meatballs sauce, hubby had the philli steak and cheese sub and it was outstanding. Friendly staff and well worth the money. I will be eating there again. What a treasure to the community. If you want something good and staff that treat you right. Then this is the place to be.

I have my own cheesesteak Instagram @justcheesesteaks , and I’m telling you to this day this is still one of the top cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve ever had. Every time I drive past Christiansburg on 81, I have to stop and get at least two, since I don’t live in the area. found this place many years ago when I was attending Radford University, really good to know that the quality hasn’t gone down in many years, even Murphy loves it!

Last night…September 27, 2018. The Crimson Belles members of the National Red Hat Society had their monthly meeting at Amelia’s PIzzeria & Restaurant. Christiansburg. We had reservations..We had a great meal the food was delicious . We all got in line as our check was on one bill and we had to pay separately…We stood in line for a long time ; while the cashier waited on folks who had take out order… I stood behind 3 folks and 2 were let in front of me…one did not have take out but was paying his bill just like me…The gall of this establishment to treat seniors like that. One senior was on a cane. Between 3 of us paying 9 folks were let go ahead of us.While we waited and waited to pay…this is just disgusting… No way to treat seniors in your community…We have had a meeting @ Amelia’s once a year since they opened.

I had dinner here on a Saturday evening with some of my family (there were about 20 of us) and it was wonderful! We were told that they were short staffed, but you’d never know. The service was impeccable. Fast, friendly, marvelous. Everything was executed with precision. The food was magnificent! I’d been looking forward to calamari all day and I was definitely not disappointed. The closest I heard to a complaint from anyone was “I’ll never be able to eat all this!”. The portion sizes are beyond generous. I look forward to returning.

Don’t let the four stars fool you. This place has wonderful food! My wife and I had dinner there for the first time, and the appetizers and the pizza were delicious. So good, in fact, that we had lunch there the very next day! The four stars – and not five – are the result of our server the first night and the building itself. The server seemed to either forget what we asked for due to being busy, or he didn’t care to retain the information. He was nice but not efficient. The second day was much better. The staff was efficient, friendly, and professional throughout. The sandwiches we ordered were on the softest bread and full. The only problem that persisted over both visits was the bathrooms. It isn’t the size that bothered us, but they were poorly lit and did not smell or appear clean.
There is so much potential here. The food is top notch! Hopefully, they will improve the deficiencies and make this the best restaurant in the NRV!

Food is really good when it’s first put out on the buffet. Our first trip to the lunch buffet was not at all impressive. We hardly ate anything we put on our plates. It was old and warm. Then next trip, pure perfection! Pizza, pasta and sandwiches were fresh and hot. I will definitely visit again. Staff is efficient and friendly. Atmosphere could use improvement. Fairly priced.

Absolutely love this place. It has a homey feel to it that you just don’t get with the chain restaurants. The food is amazing, everything from the pastas to the calzones to the subs…trust me, I’ve tried it all! There’s nothing like walking in, seeing so many faces you already know, getting a wonderful meal, and supporting a local small business at the same time. Definitely recommend!
