Wife and I just tried Ameka’s Cafe. This a Mexican grill located in the shopping center in Shannon Hills. We both really enjoyed our meals. The Guaq is creamy but chunky at the same time. Survive was very good. The cook seams to enjoy his job. He could occasionally be heard singing with the Mexican music coming through the speakers. We will definitely be returning soon. You should give them a try.

The service was wonderful. The guacamole was one of the best I have had the flavor was awesome. Chips were thin crispy and very tasty. The Pollo Asado With mushroom and cheese delicious.
