Ordered dinner tonight and had great service from the phone order, delivery and food was amazing. Phone order person had patience as I was distracted by a toddler and waited for me to find my wallet. And delivery driver was courteous, fast and patience as I took the order and was again distracted and almost took his pen. When signing the receipt. Food tastes amazing, flavorful and fresh. Very happy.

Meatball sandwich soggy, so much sauce the bread fell apart. Just a mess and unacceptable. Went back to the store, the man seemingly running store had a “to bad” attitude. This store is off my list. Not only was the meatball sandwich a joke, their “c’est la vie” attitude makes it clear both issues stem from their “non-Chalante” mindset of theirs customers satisfaction. 1/2 of a star!

This was the worst pizza experience I have had. I placed an online order for 2 pizzas. I got a delivery estimate of 6pm. I called at 615pm to check on my order and they said it was a computer mess up and that my order would be there soon. When my order arrived at 630pm it was 2 barely warmed up pizzas. The dough wasn’t even cooked. My guess is that they forgot my order and then when I called they rushed to make it. I will not be ordering here again. I would suggest you stay away from this amecis

I order a pep and mushroom pizza.. everything was fantastic!!! I used to órder constantly, but the quality started to slip, so I stated ordering elsewhere… This evening, I decided to give it another shot shot… And I was amazed how much that have changed since the last time I ordered… Nice thick mushroom slices and perfectly cooked dough and pepperoni!!! I order from here via phone all the time. Food is good and never had an issue. Today I figured I’d use the online site to make it easy (loud kids at home). I selected my toppings and placed my order. Some how the Slice website changed my toppings and I received a Jalapeño pizza! Yay for me! I called to get it corrected being a returning customer and the manager was not even willing to offer any help. Worst customer service by far. Do NOT order online because the toppings don’t list the same on the receipt!

Come for the pizza! Their specialty pizzas are awesome. I come here every time I find myself in Simi Valley because not all branches are the same. This branch is solid and have not changed their recipe or quality for over 10 years.

We ordered on Grubhub. There was not an option to add toppings to a create your own pizza. We just wanted a pepperoni pizza. We thought we were crazy and went to other pizza choices, like the mini, you could add toppings. Not on the build your own, so we made a note.

Also ordered the Alfredo and pasta, super disappointing. It was flavorless and the noodles were overcooked. Actually one of the worst I’ve had from a restaurant. Stick with the pizza.

Pizza was good.

However, they left a handwritten note on the top of the bag that said, “pepperoni is one of the first choices on the menu.”
We checked again on Grubhub, nope, you cannot add toppings to a build your own pizza. FYI Amecis.

I grew up on Ameci being the great pizza in Simi. After ordering it tonight and a couple of weeks ago, they have fallen short. The dough is tasteless. The toppings are good but you gotta pay top-dollar for them as well as the gluten-free crust which isn’t as good as Chi-Chi. Ameci is not good since there are so many better options for a better price. Look up Toppers and Pizza Hut instead!

I should also add that during the order taking process, we were put on hold a couple of times to make sure that they could fulfill our order like they weren’t sure that they could make pizza tonight. We paid over $50 for two pizzas when Pizza Hut can give us better.
