Ameci also supports area schools by donating 50 cents for each red schoolhouse (found on Ameci’s pizza boxes) rendered by a collecting school.

We usually get this delivered through the Slice delivery platform. The food is good most of the time but they get something in our order wrong about half the time. I don’t know if it is the location itself or the online interface with the slice provided menu but it’s frustrating to pay all the fees and tip the driver only to find out you didn’t get what you ordered. Last night we ordered pasta for my wife and I and 2 small side house salads. You can order shredded mozarella on the salads for an additional charge, which I did. The order arrives in a reasonable amount of time and I open it to assess the damage. First thing I notice is there isn’t any dressing with the salads. Then I notice they didn’t put the cheese on the salad. This type of thing has happened a lot over the last couple of years and I am frustrated. It’s not brain surgery, read the order and fill it with items on your menu. The only thing I can think of is that either good help is hard to find or they are way understaffed for their volume. If I call “Slice” they will refund the cost of the defects but sometimes you just want to eat the food you’ve waited for and not deal with it. You need to do better Amici!

I love their pizza and salad. Fresh and great. I am not happy with Ameci’s delivery. I called the store directly for a delivery. It was raining today and the driver didn’t ring the bell or knock on the door. He put the pizza on the ground in the rain by my door. Thank goodness I have two ring camera angles that alerted me my pizza box was on the ground getting wet and messy. We are not going to order here anymore. We are sad since they were our favorite pizza since moving to Lake Forest.

Best catering order I’ve ever had they surpassed my expectations. I had ordered 15 pizzas for my class and a large salad and three appetizers and they donated an extra three pizzas and additional garlic bread for appetizers. Amazing service.

Order from here at least once a month. I order through Door Dash. The pizza is always good according to my family. I don’t eat pizza. I always order the create your own sub. At first they were amazing. However , the last few times I’ve ordered they were lacking. I paid for 3 different kinds of meat, supposed to be 8oz each. The last 3 times I got it, it was missing at least one of the meats, but I was charged for it. Tonight was no different with the exception that there wasn’t even 8oz of meat combined. I paid for 3 meats at 8oz each. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.

If you like New York style pizza, you will LOVE this place! Their service and workers are nothing short of amazing. Their Gigante pizza is roughly around 30 dollars and feeds my family of six. If you ask they will cut the slices for you a bit smaller( great if you have littles) and most of the time we have left overs. I’m a picker pizza gal, but this place is amazing.

I called and spoke with the Mgr, she informed me that, unfortunately, the gluten free pizza has a tenancy to burn. (I wonder what a non gluten free pizza looks/tastes like?)
This order was made by my SIL who is living with us and bed ridden as we Hospice her through stage 4 cancer(lung & brain) She wouldn’t have been able to post/respond to the condition of her
