Really wonderful food and service. Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and asked if they could make a veggie version. The chef was super accommodating and offered me eggplant instead of meat. It was delicious. The people I talked to were very kind and had great attitudes Also loved the Don Henley vinyl memorabilia on the wall (it is THE Sunset Grill, after all). Definitely recommend checking this place out 🙂

Overall a lovely experience. I got the gypsy steak and while the flavor was nice, it was barely any meat compared to the mountain of onions and fries that went with it. So, you don’t get the bang for your buck, but the vibe is nice and the food is still good.
The stuffed cabbage / töltött káposzta / sarmi / galushki / however your Eastern European culture calls it was delicious. Definitely worth getting again and again.
The waiter (owner?) was very pleasant and sweet. Can’t wait to try more Hungarian dishes.

First of all they welcomed us very friendly and warmly. The lower floor on the street is for delivery only so please use the stairs for 2nd floor. We ordered goulash which was served in a big bowl and with hot bread. It was so delicious. If you are looking for a good alternative to classical fast food, Mexican or Asian food, I definitely recommend this place.

Every drink we ordered was so delicious! We showed up fairly close to closing and the gentleman that made our drinks made sure we loved them before even leaving the table. He was so kind and attentive, letting us know that all of his ingredients were fresh and explaining the cocktails as he served them. Our experience was wonderful and the cozy second story patio was lit up and to die for I wish I took pictures before we dug into our drinks but they were so irresistible!
