The authentic Mexican food was very good. Since it was our first time visiting, they even brought out hot chocolate and fresh baked Mexican bread, which was a really nice and welcoming touch.
The service was a bit mixed. When we first arrived, we wanted to sit inside but then changed our minds and asked to sit outside. The hostess who helped us seemed to get an attitude when we changed our seating request. She was wearing a green Mexican dress that day.
Our waitress, Corina, was really nice and very attentive at first. As time went on, though, it took longer for her to come check on us, and we never received refills on our drinks. I understand that it can get busy, but it would’ve been appreciated.
Overall, the food was great and the welcoming gesture made our first visit special, but there’s some room for improvement with consistency in service.

Came here with my aunt 2 weeks ago and had an incredible experience. The food was 10/10 (I put pics of what we ate bc I can’t remember the names). They served us this corn as appetizer and also a free health shot at the end. The waitress said they’re renowned for their serrano margarita and I have to say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Every ingredient is hand squeezed and it tastes so fresh like lemonade – you forget there’s alcohol inside. Literally insane flavors. So good. My fave Mexican restaurant in town. The staff was so sweet, every 20min there was a new person coming to check on us. We sat outside and listened to reggaeton. 10/10 experience

First time coming here and everything was great! Service, atmosphere, and most importantly the food was GREAT! My wife and I were both impressed as soon as we sat down. The manager greeted us while waiting for our food and gave us a complimentary appetizer! A few moments later they came by with free Mexican hot cocoa! I thought they would give us a $100 gift card by the end of the meal they were being so nice lmaoo Will definitely make this one of our new spots!

First time visiting and it was awesome! Service was spectacular. Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We had the tostones and the chilaquiles sarteneados with carne asada. We were served complimentary hot cocoa and fresh pan dulce. Two different employees (managers maybe?) greeted us with friendly smiles to welcome us. We will definitely be going back!

I’d never been to Ambriza before. Showed up a little early and waited outside for my family. Right away I noticed the staff out front—watering plants, snipping off anything brown, making sure the entrance looked sharp. It’s the kind of thing you don’t think about until you see it done right, and it made me feel like the place cared before I even stepped inside. The hostess greeted us with a real smile and got us seated fast. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the drinks showed up looking like they belonged in a magazine—bright, fresh, and honestly delicious. Same with the appetizers (street corn, empanadas, and queso horneado): hot, full of flavor, and gone way too quick. They kept the chips and salsa coming without us asking, which kept the table happy. Our entrees came out exactly how we ordered them, still sizzling, and the server checked in just enough to make sure everything was good. I left full, impressed, and already thinking about when to go back. For a first-timer, Ambriza felt like a place that’s got its act together. A masterclass in how a restaurant should operate! Definitely worth the trip!

Reasonably priced very good food, lively atmosphere, and warm and welcoming staffs, I really enjoyed and relaxed at this restaurant. They seemed to serve real Mexican dishes. The taste and flavor were somewhat different from Mexican dishes I usually eat on the West Coast. If I have a chance, I would visit this restaurant again with my friends, not alone.

I’ve been to Ambriza before, but this last visit will probably be my last. There were plenty of empty tables, yet the manager still had people waiting to be seated, which was confusing and unnecessary. I also made it clear that I’m allergic to avocado, but my food still came with it. I had to wait again for a replacement, and when it finally arrived, the presentation was disappointing. For the price and reputation, I expected way better service and attention to detail

It was our first time there and when we first came inside the hostess was very friendly and showed us to our table. The waitress was in training and had someone with her but both of them were friendly and they didn’t rush us. The food was delicious and both my picky kids ate their food. The drinks were amazing. Make sure you bring someone to drive so you can enjoy the drinks there super friendly and above all we love it. Thank you ladies so much, we had an amazing time and would definitely go again.
