honestly was hesitant to visit this place but somehow ended up with my colleagues and I loved it. I dont drink so cant comment on that but the food was really exceptional. tried below items with details.
Wings – Buffalo and Tamarind chilly – amazing and really different.
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts – great taste full of rich flavors.
Wood-fired Baba Ghanoush – once you have it on your table with that warm pita, you cant really stop until its done. exceptional.
Ember Roasted Salmon – loved this , being a seafood fan , this was really good. must try.
Ambler Fries – Never tried this quality fries, loved it and totally different.
Strawberry Splash – if you dont drink like me, this is really a great drink especially with ginger its spicy but tangy sweet as well at the same time. loved it

Caroline was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible, and her service made the whole experience even better. She was so kind and took the time to talk with us for a while, which made us feel really welcomed and valued. Caroline is truly a delight — I would honestly come back again just for her! Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

Wow! We had an amazing time this Sunday! Great entertainment, great service! Especially Frankie and Brandon! They were amazing they listened to orders, great recommendations, all while having such a personable attitude , which these days is very hard to find! We had the smash burger that literally had the best taste I’ve had since being in Denver! Being from NJ it’s hard to find good food here and that burger hit the spot! We also had the buffalo chicken wrap, I would highly recommend both and add the truffle Parmesan fries!!! WOW!!! Beautiful ambience! I will be back and will be telling everyone about this amazing restaurant !! Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

Bartender was amazing, the drinks and recommendations were so good. The Whisky selection is out of this world. The Philly Egg rolls were fantastic as well. Unfortunately, the bison burger and the Lamb Meatballs were well under seasoned and quite bland and odd.

Service was terrible. Drinks took extremely long time. Not only did they not take our dinner order until after appetizers were finished, it took 30 mins to get some orders after we asked. Some orders were not there after almost an hour. 5 out of 10 orders were wrong. Waitress never really seemed to kept track and seemed surprised when we asked about missing orders or long waits. No communication about kitchen problems. Felt they should have stopped seating tables. When we got there, it was almost empty at 6 but by 8 some at our table had no food. Steaks were either raw or hamburgers over cooked. Manager did attempt to make it right but still felt like we paid too much for our experience since it was a birthday celebration and make it a very bad experience.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo, and had dinner with family at Ambler. We appreciated not having to leave the hotel for a good warm meal on a cold night!
Given the choice of a proper table or bar seating, we chose the former . Margaritas were 100 % perfect—best I’ve had! Food: Brussel sprouts appetizer, main dish cauliflower, smash burgers and the signature Ambler fries. Our server recommended those house-special fries. He was right—-don’t miss them!!
The overhead music at first was too loud for us— we had to almost shout during conversation. Responding quickly and courteously, staff immediately turned down the volume, which made a huge difference.
The desserts sounded yummy, but we were too full to order them. Something to look forward to next time in Denver!
Thank you to Ambler wait staff, bartender, kitchen and chefs!.

Worst dining experience ever. It took 15 minutes to even be greeted. Then after finally putting in a drink and apps order, we waited another 20 minutes to get simple drinks like beers. After an hour of being ignored and still no apps, we decided to leave. I get that things can be behind, and maybe they were short staffed on a Saturday during resturant week, but someone, ANYONE could have come over and talked to us about what was happening. The manager on duty just stood over by the kitchen window seemingly doing nothing. I will never go back to this place.

Stopped in for drinks after a work event and had a great experience. The bar area is stylish and comfortable with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. Bartenders were friendly and quick, making quality cocktails without the wait. The space feels upscale but not stiff, perfect for unwinding or having a quiet conversation. Prices are fair for the setting, and the overall service was smooth from start to finish. A solid spot for a post-event drink in a clean, modern atmosphere.

I ate here because I lived in the hotel. The food was very good. I had the steak frites. It was a little too salty but still very decent. Quite pricey though.

I had the best time at Ambler yesterday! I met some friends for a couple drinks before the Rockies game and it was an awesome experience at the bar. First of all they have a happy hour every day, love that! Secondly our bartenders were amazing, fun to talk to and created a fun purple drink since we are Rockies fans!
We had such a good time we ended up going back to Ambler after the game for some snacks and a night cap. We sat at a table this time and our server was also exceptional. He was very attentive and super fun to talk to! We ordered the chips/salsa/guacamole, cauliflower bites and flautas.
Delicious food, great beverage selection, awesome people. Check this place out!
