Oh, what friendly service and help this restaurant offers travelers. The lemon pasta was a delight. The chicken wild rice soup was amazing. Sandwiches were built just right with more than enough protein. The shred-carrots were a surprise in the roast beef sandwich. Tuna melt and turkey wraps were amazing. Overall, Amanda’s is a great stop after the Eisenhower Memorial. Be sure to try the Italian Sodas here

This a small but quaint coffee shop. We were exploring Abilene and this place was recommended by one of the (many) antique stores. Great sandwiches – my Tuscan Chicken wrap was delicious and filling. The service was excellent.

Nice lunch sandwiches! The roast beef was the real deal.. not just deli meat they bought somewhere. French onion soup was great.. and the brownies were wonderful. Great place that’s a mix of bakery restaurant museum and gift shop!

Such a cute and welcoming place to eat! They even let our toy poodle inside which we really appreciated. Had a great lunch (chicken salad on amazing croissants). Highly recommend!

Cute space. Oddly dark but lots of lamps. Food is basic but tasty. Metal cutlery but paper plates. I had the Greek chicken salad. It was not traditional but it was ok.

The Duchess sandwich was amazing, the dill sauce was so good. They put poppy seeds on top

Stopped by for coffee, l ended up getting breakfast wrap, avocado toast, cookies, and a scone!! Lemon-Almond scone was divine!!! Such a great little shop. Very homey, comforting and a great place to enjoy your life for a moment. Just as advertised…not fast food, but worth the wait!!! Tons to see, taste and purchase!!! I will be coming back next time I drive through Kansas!!! I added a pic of my half eaten scone!!!

Great little place with great customer service and lots of cute trinkets to buy. We ordered a breakfast wrap, a PB&J, and a breakfast sandwich. We also picked up a Christmas gift for someone special. We’ll be coming back soon.

We had a group of 9, we were able to squeeze two tables together, but not really set up for more than groups of 6, IMO. Lots to look at while waiting, but even as busy as they were, we didn’t have to wait long.
