Group of 30 had private room again. Service and food were great. Group was there 3 months ago. Entrees are all great, but sandwiches at lunch are also great. Fresh baked loaves are used for the sandwiches…unbeatable! Believe this restaurant has been here for over 20 years (?). My family goes here also.

A older lady at my nail shop heard me say I want a good slice of NY pizza. She told me about Amalfi’s…..they did not disappoint..I ordered small xtra cheese w/ onions & spinach…I could not wait, ate 2 slices in the car…BBBBAAABBBYYY…the crust on the pizza was devine…so much like NY pizza…it was the absolute best…I live in Kannapolis, drive to kernersville to get my nails done every 2 weeks…ya better believe every 2 weeks I will be at Amalfi’s to try most of their food on their menu. My Son said this is the best & closest pizza we had NY style since moving to NC (2018) …Highly recommended NY’ers…
P.S…can you possibly open a shop in Kannapolis/Concord area????

I’ve been ordering from this place since I moved to Kernersville a few years ago and for the first time my pizza that I usually get through DoorDash was terribly burnt, and I was really disappointed because I absolutely love their pizza because it comes close to where I’m from which is New York City. I complained to DoorDash and they gave me a five dollar credit and I provided photos showing them that the cross was quite burnt. This was not usually what I would expect from this pizza shop. I hope that my experience will be different the next time I order, but it was quite burnt. I was able to eat it, but I had to waste most of it because it was very burnt and extra cheese that I asked for it was definitely not there so I hope that this could be improved because it was not the typical A+ standard that I would get from this restaurant
Part 2- I decied to email the restaurant directly as there response did not solve the issue and this is the response I received from either the owner or a worker.. Now you guys tell me if this is NOT aggressive as if I was the one that went inside the restaurant made my own pizza and burned it and now I want them to fix what I did.. There is another pizza spot across the way and I will give my money to them instead as they are just as good. Do not ask for much but a response like this was totally unnecessary.

First time ever coming here when visiting Kernersville! The waitresses are super kind, charmful, and bubbly and even have super good humor. Our waitress Riley is super fun to talk to and the most sweetest calmest girl ever. I’d definitely recommend starting a small conversation with her if she’s available to. Super nice girl!
The atmosphere is super clean and very peaceful. The temperature is really cozy in here with a nice breeze hitting you. Cute Italian decor everywhere and very nice hand painted creations hanging up on the walls. Everything just feels so nice and fancy.
The food is alright they most definitely have really good pizza, and a lot of things here are handmade, the bread, the sauce, ect, most of the food. Everything just tastes so fresh and delicious piping hot when it comes out. The Stromboli is really delicious too and is packed full of a lot of cheese. The pepperoni was soggy, but they still tasted good. The salad they gave a lot of tomatoes and olives, which is good. Not a lot of places serve a bunch of tomatoes in salads like they do here. The bread was okay and could be better, but it was freshly handmade and had seasoning added on top to it. The chicken parmesan tastes just like Elizabeth’s chicken was just cut in a different style, which I preferably am not used to, but I didn’t mind at all. They offer you to go to drinks and take out boxes, everything you need, etc. The calamari is super soft and just melts in your mouth without even needing to try to chew it, and they gave so much lemon on the side to put on top of it.
This place is good. I would come again, especially with how sweet all the workers are you feel like you are at home. The prices are average and cheaper than Elizabeth’s, so it’s a win-win!

Absolutely great food. I go here often and the food is consistently consistent and great tasting. Good price with a good portion per meal. Would recommend to anyone.Customer service is top notch aswell.

Wow does Amalfis make great food! I was traveling to visit family and Amalfis was where my traveling group decided to eat dinner the night of our arrival. I ordered a broccoli and chicken pasta dish. The portion that arrived was astonishing. So much delicious food in one bowl! The value is here – big portions of delicious food. I did feel as though they did a lot more take out than dine-in. Given that, I do recommend take-out. The service was delightful, but there were a few details that went overlooked. S&P shakers were sticky and crusted with bits; the fake vines were quite dusty, and the table cloths were vinyl and a bit sticky as well. Take out is king here!!

I had the new focaccia Italiana sandwich. So crispy and divine! Fresh mozzarella with tomatoes, onion and red wine and oil and seasoning. So GOOD. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak, he loves them. We also got mozzarella sticks my fave! Service was excellent. Highly recommend this lil gem of an Italian restaurant!
