Don’t even drink but I went to the church next door and they didn’t welcome me in to use their bathroom. Luckily the people at this bar welcomed me to use their bathroom with open arms. Just goes to show you really can’t judge a book by its cover. Thanks to yall

No food, and I didn’t even get a chance to go inside. While on a trip from Michigan to visist family, I looked up a place for a bite to eat since they were running errands and wouldn’t arrive at their place for another hour. I whipped out my phone and saw i was close to a place with food. Having a rental vehicle, the first thing I did when I parked was light a smoke and throw away some fast food breakfast wrappers. After finishing my cigarette , your employee that was smoking at the entrance unloaded on me. Asking if I could read, parking and trash cans for customers only. I tried to tell her I was headed in right now for a bite to eat. Why else would I park in front smoke and try to walk in??? Again, there were some more rude comments stating they didn’t serve food. And again, if i could read. This site claimed food, and I did see the bar only parking sign, but nothing about not serving food. And i was there specifly due to this listing! She kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even listen to a single word. It was obvious I was not local, and she did note my plate. It was also obvious that I was going to go inside. So locals may love this place. But if you are not from here, beware. It was the about 60 ish year old lady with dark hair, very tan with dentures, and a mean spirit for outsiders. As she fawned all over some young men locals that walked in as i was leaving. There was no reasoning with this woman. She was unhinged, combative, and demonstrated some very threatening behavior. I stopped trying to approch the buulding and she croweded me as i went for my car . I only leave good reviews. If I have a bad experience, I will be a normal human and mention an issue to management. But I wasn’t going to get any closer to a crazy lady who seemed dangerous. And I’ve never experienced such insanity. My one and only bad review here is certainly deserved. I’m still in disbelief by how intense this ladies’ venom was for no reason.

This is the bar you go to get really drunk for cheap, listen to music, and play pool. The bartender is very nice and efficient. They regulars we’re friendly. I did notice the crowd got younger and more confrontational around 1 a.m., that was our que to leave. I would suggest a bouncer after midnight.

The staff is great it is came a long way since I first started going there a few years back they have recently installed cameras which helps a lot with the illegal activity that was taking place the only issue I have is they don’t have a designated smoking area so you have to stand in the rain if you want to smoke
