Aly’s Taos Eats is a gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu is packed with creative and delicious options, showcasing the best of local flavors. I had the Chicken Shawarma Loaded Fries, and it was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that Aly’s Taos Eats is passionate about food and dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. A must-visit for anyone in Taos!”

Sooo good! We got lamb and beef gyro, 15 spice chicken, and za’taar spiced fries. Yummy! The service was fast and friendly, and we were treated to a gorgeous sunset. Will definitely recommend 10/10!

What a wondeful little spot to find. All of the food was amazing. Make sure though if you get the Loaded fries maybe ask for the fries well done. The gyros and the falafel was the best I’ve ever tried and I loved the balsamic touch on the food too. The meat pie was nice and crisp and delicious as well. Dont forget dessert and get the battered pineapple rings

Was skeptical at first, but SO glad we stopped here. Everything was delicious with generous portions and very filling. When I tell you it’s the best gyro I’ve ever had, know that is no small claim. The meat pies were a true treat (although piping hot). The sausage rolls were surprisingly flavorful. It is a food truck, so it’s not super quick and amenities are limited, but very hip and awesome place to stop.

I love fish and chips and usually try it wherever I see it. Unfortunately, this was the most tasteless one I’ve had. The fish pieces were very small, lacked seasoning, and were burnt in some parts. I did like the small salad served with it.
For the same price, other places offer much better portions and flavor, so this was definitely not worth $17. We also had to wait a long time before our order was taken.

My husband saw this food truck on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives. We stopped here for lunch and it was well worth the side trip on our way to Angel Fire! I don’t usually care for gyros, but Aly’s was fresh and delicious! We also had the Chipotle chicken pie and it was just delicious! She knows flaky crust that’s for sure! Check out the quirky village while you are there!

If I could give minus stars this would definitely be it. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was by far the nastiest burrito I have ever had, so bad I just threw it out. It was all potato, there was nothing else in there and it was not seasoned at all. The basically handed me a potato wrapped in tortilla. I will never spend another dime in this crappy restaurant. You have been warned, there are so many better places to eat in Taos. This is not one of them. Save your money!

Awesome vegan options! And I rarely say this, not because I’m a snob but because I don’t know better – but the coffee is so tasty. We got vegan breakfast burritos that were perfectly spicy, and super unique tasting compared to other tofu scrambles. Very filling! We could have shared one 🙂 definitely recommend.

Really nice little spot and it has a drive0thru, We dined in and I loved the grilled cheese sandwich and my lavender lemonade and tea mix. Fabulous art work on the wall for purchase. Nice and polite staff. Has a patio as well.

If you are in Taos or in New Mexico, this is a must try; if I can give it more stars, I would.
I’m split between the chicken chipotle potpie, the sausage roll, or the variety of kombucha or Zia flavored sodas. The flakiest buttery crust I’ve ever tried the flavors is unmatched. This is just the beginning. The seating area is so welcoming and pleasing. This family owned store front made me and my girlfriend’s trip Tao that much better. It was so good we went to eat there twice on the same trip. Must order these different potpies ahead of time they sell out fast!
