We had a lovely Dinner and Breakfast. Food was delicious and savory. Highly recommend the mac and cheese bites for kids. Laura our server in dinner was exceptional! Didnt catch our breakfast server name but she was very nuce as well. We felt very welcomed. Will definitely be back!

This place truly deserves a better overall rating than it has! My husband and I came here and got the pork shank and the steak and it was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! (Only $37 for a steak and was cooked perfectly medium rare) Service was amazing; Laura was an absolute sweetheart. If you’re looking for somewhere with warm atmosphere, attentive service and delicious food, definitely check this place out! And don’t sleep on the Spanish cheesecake, that was ridiculously good.

We had a great experience at Altitude. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We also came back for dinner, and the burger I ordered was amazing. Adam, our server, was the best and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both breakfast and dinner.

We had a wonderful experience at Mallard Café thanks to Loura! She was the only waitress on duty, yet handled everything with such grace and efficiency. Her bright and cheerful attitude truly made our visit special. She was attentive, friendly, and created a warm atmosphere despite being busy. Thank you, Laura, for your amazing service! The service here is incomparable provided by Melia. Tina, the manager made sure that everything was in order. I stopped by on taco Tuesdays and had a nice assortment of pork steak, chicken and shrimp tacos at only two dollars each during happy hour. I had a long day of driving behind me so I wasn’t drinking. I just had a diet Dr Pepper that would love to have a mixed drink and a glass of wine next time. I highly recommend this relaxing venue with five star service. Mahalo Melia

This was an absolute phenomenal experience at Altitude. We visited on a Friday night for my girlfriends birthday. From start to finish it was one of her best birthday dinner experiences. Her ribeye was cooked perfect and was a great cut of meat. The prime rib was of the highest quality. Our server, Bre was extremely attentive and festive with us, knowing it was a birthday visit. Her and Kate even surprised my girlfriend with a birthday song and desert. The food was so enjoyable that I had to ask the cooks name, shout out to Manny. Well done. Overall this was one of our best restaurant experiences, kicked off vacation the right way.

Service started out great. Then when we received our order, everything pretty much went down hill. My $38 Lemon Garlic Herb Halibut was over cooked and extremely dry. The $24 Halibut Fish & Chips was over cooked and dry. Then my husband’s $45 8oz. Ribeye steak was extremely over cooked. He ordered medium rare and received the first steak in the picture. It was so over cooked. Then he told the waitress and she said “ok I will have to check and get back with you.” He waited for another 20 minutes before we had to ask what they were planning to do about the steak. They finally brought out the second steak, shown in second picture. Still over cooked and extremely under seasoned. Their menu describes the steak as a “8ozRibeyeSteak Seasoned Prime Cut Ribeye cooked to order topped with caramelized onions” there was no seasoning and no caramelized onions and definitely not to order. The other 2 entries the $14 BBQ short ribs and $7 kid’s chicken tender was barely decent. The only thing almost decent was the chicken wings appetizer. We had to wait almost another thirty minutes to get the check. My husband ended up having to go up to the bar and for the check. Our check was $157 plus $24 tip. The restaurant is understaff with one person running the bar and table. One person (the manager) as the host, waitress, and only person in charge of ringing up the orders and collecting the money. And one person busing the tables and refilling the water. I usually do not write up reviews but a dinner that cost that much and ended up over 2 hours, which 1 hour was wasted just waiting around is just ridiculous.

I asked the bartender to take our photo & he was HAPPY to, even making sure to ask us to adjust positions & pose for best look.
The server was attentive & he pleasantly answered all questions & even found out (surprising quick) from the chef what he didn’t know.
The food was delicious & reasonably priced.
We’ll be back for our next few meals throughout our stay

We were a bit hesitant to try this bar/restaurant due to some of the reviews but glad we went and formed our own opinion. We had a great experience, in large part due to the bartender Jonathon who was friendly and fun and made good cocktails! The food was pretty good, we had the cod and the burger and both were very tasty. Also, the hummus appetizer was the largest portion I’ve ever seen, I mean seriously, it was ridiculous! We would definitely go back!
