Best place to go in Albuquerque for burnt food. Had a gyro sandwich and french fries. Pita was burned quite well. The fries were not only burnt but extremely oily. I didn’t even eat the fries. If you love your food burnt come on by.

Quiet area and plenty of parking! Customer service was great! He made me feel like home! I got a gyro with rice and salad about 18 bucks. The food wasn’t as good as the customer service. The gyro meat was dry, salty and tasted old. The rice was cooked good wasn’t under or overcooked. The salad was good it had flavor, the greens was fresh and crispy and the cucumber and tomatoes, it’s just a little too oily for me. I really like the customer service just not the food. My lips didn’t smack at this joint overall great customer service and food not so good.

I walked in and was greeted very kindly. Walked around, found some good stuff, they have an awesome coffee and tea section! I had no knowledge of what was on the menu, I never ate here before. The man at the register was very kind and helpful. He suggested the Shish Kabob Platter. I took one bite and FELL IN LOVE! OMG!! THIS IS THE BEST FOOD IN THE AREA! I actually had a dream about the hummus and pita bread last night!! Definitely going back. <3

The fries were absolutely burnt to the core. The person preparing it can see it, smell it yet they still give out burnt food? Fastest way to loose customers.

Food was amazing! If your having a need for some middle eastern food come here. Lamb was tender and flavorful. Portions are generous and somewhat in line with prices. Market attached also has plenty of options for cooking.

Traditional and simple. I love this place for several reasons. My expectations are always met here. Consistent good food and service. Dine in or take out but either way be ready to eat with a smile on your face.

I had the falafel platter and while most falafel I’ve had out tends to be dry, theirs was fresh and moist. The hummus was delicious and definitely didn’t skimp on the tahini; it was the most prominent flavor. The pita was a bit stale and the rice was bland but the staff were awesome and my meal-to-go was served up in less than 10 minutes.

This place is just excellent. Really really great owners and service. The food is excellent. The best falafel I’ve ever had and the best babaganoush too. Their platters for 4 or 6 people are a great deal with lots of choice for everyone. Great selection of vegetarian and meat dishes too. If you don’t know what to order just ask for help. They also have a thriving takeout business and a great market with some great middle eastern spices, teas and provisions.
