Unpleasant experience at this drive-through coffee shop. Was surprised to find a 30% tip automatically added to my bill. Automatic tipping should be optional, and customers should have the freedom to decide. This policy feels unfair and takes away from the convenience of a quick drive-through stop. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and flexibility in tipping. Hoping for a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

Stopped through here for coffee on a trip up the Pacific Coast Highway. This was the single greatest coffee I ever had in my entire life. It became the standard by which all other coffee will be judged for the rest of me and my wife’s lives. And I know in my heart that it will never be matched nor surpassed. This coffee ruined all future coffee for us. Morning routine coffee at the house has become a sad tradition by comparison. 10/10 would recommend; but be warned. If you don’t live nearby, will cause heart-ache.

I have almost an amazing experience everytime i go there. But unfortunately today was disappointing and I’m not sure ill be coming back. I ordered my usual and it came out so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. I called for a refund, the lady on the phone says ok, hangs up. Thats it. I call back to ask for a manager or someone i can contact to address this. She starts laughing on the phone and says i dont have that information on hand. Extremely dissatisfied. She needs to be fired asap

Great frozen frappes. Andes mint and matcha are the best! Prices are high compared to the popular chains though, and employees working can be hit or miss on the friendliness and quickness scale. Nice drive thru though on the way back from the beach.
